They really are. Mr Blacksquare has outdone himself and they fit so well with the suspense atmosphere I wanted to build <3

Jadakissnia Persephonia

Lentyll Altyr Muunilinst

First up are the autoqualifiers. Now you know as well as I that these are already through. Séyetana Bøtanikkä Look at those lovely images. Quite striking. That is the last time you’ll see these. I have contracted Neliönoir again and they have kindly produced some wonderful black and white videos. I will do what I can for the suspense, but to aid this, I recommend watching at least your video in full. There will be no quota given for the amount of qualifiers and non-qualifiers in each section. The first nations to find out their fate will be Altyr Muunilinst, Jadakissnia, Lentyll and Persephonia.

“Always make the audience suffer as much as possible” – Alfred Hitchcock Before we begin, a note. Each of you submitted a song, and that song found some fans. Some of those fans gave you points. You have done well, and in a way, you are all winners. That said, we all know that isn’t how this ends. Get ready. 42 in, 22 out.

how did I miss this was starting now I don't know if I have the wherewithal to have a mentorship ready but I know I will at least follow along BJSC semi results are still happening tonight all x

the pop forum is very hard to follow you blink and you miss things (yes I see the thread has been hyping itself up for a week already) very well I will allow for the possibility that several participants will wish to confirm their participation in that event at 7 but we are not delaying for very long after that because I don't want this to be finishing late.

I don't know what you might be referring to, but I planned to start once I'd eaten, which probably will be somewhere between 7-8, leaning towards the earlier end of that.

Trooper Salute - Zetsuen（絶縁） Zetsuen - 絶縁, means break, as in to break up with, but it is also used as a word for insulation - looking at the lyrics it's possible there's some wordplay based on this dual meaning going on. It's a song from Japanese symphonic indie rock band Trooper Salute's debut album '友達がいました’　Tomodachi ga imashita, ('I Had Friends'), which is a wonderful album but especially with this song. chirpy sound effects to start the track lead through to a steady line from the male vocalist, slowly building up the guitars until it explodes in a fantastic breakdown. 'Zetsuen' will be in the final as an autoqualifier, and I hope you all like it.

All nations have submitted their votes. I have checked them and we have our final lineup. See you this evening.

Deadline passed! Thank you all for your votes. In Semi 1, no votes received from: Pestolia A-Konohagakure In Semi 2, no votes received from: Pagasa @Ansel @dhwe (appears Cow will be voting as above so no tag) Concession for late votes will remain open until 11:59 am Sunday morning UK time, after which no further late votes will be accepted. All votes received after 23:59 12th September will have a 15% deduction awarded to their participant, with apologies. It should be noted that Beaverdonia's votes were received at 00:01, and so they shall also receive this deduction.
