Will ‘Mayhem: Requiem’ being released help the original album and boost its sales, or is it counted separately on the charts?

I need this song to overtake ‘Birds Of A Feather’ overall on Spotify fast. The gap is around 40 million. That’s another huge milestone for ‘Die With A Smile’ and after that I can safely put this song at rest .

I don’t understand why it’s dropping on Spotify, when it’s surging up on Shazam (exposure), Apple Music and Tik Tok. I thought by now we would be seeing higher numbers on Spotify.
