She did an interview about shorter albums being more her thing. She has packed so much into the shortness so I can't complain. I, naturally, love the album and it is yet another HIT for me. The singles pop off even more on the album (Talk To Me is becoming a career high for me). I don't think much of it reaches the dizzying heights of say Robyn or Body Talk but it's a fantastic album regardless and unfair to compare it to two masterpieces because very little can compete with those. So glad to have another solid album from her She rarely ever puts a foot wrong. The way she sings "ain't you the cutest little thing" in Blow My Mind tickles me in unholy places. Just me?
  2. Brilliantly fun and explosive album. I agree Dance... is a true standout song of the year so far. Also loved Gas Station, Beat Up Chanel$ and so many others!

FATHER is straight off of Yeezus It starts as a blend between that album and MBDTF and transitions into some old-school Graduation stuff a few tracks in. The album is a bit of a ride through lots of different styles!

Harpers Bazaar has published a feature on the legacy of Lady Gaga in celebration of her 40th birthday 🎂 “When she released her sixth studio album, Mayhem, in March of last year, it marked a thrilling return to form for the pop superstar—not only sonically, but thematically And in a way Gaga is the perfect celebrity. The last of the divas. She uses her platform and her voice, while giving us unforgettable performances, groundbreaking fashion, and a superstar to admire. She’s participated in the game, but has learned to not let herself be taken over by it Now, engaged and getting ready to tie the knot, Gaga is about to enter a new chapter of her life. This year, the one we endearingly call Mother Monster is turning 40 years old, and for nearly half of that time, she has been living dead-center in the spotlight. It’s fair to argue that Gaga is perhaps one of the last great musical divas, at least according to our traditional understanding of the word, but now the question remains: What will she do next?”

    Happy 40th Mother ❤️
  7. How is G.U.Y. out already!? Is it because it flopped? It's a staple gay club night out anthem!
  8. She was even in the UK at the time it was doing insane numbers which makes it all the more sad.
  9. They still are so yes I think he's safe! *.*
  10. Incineroar has apparently lost Knock Off I wonder if this will be enough to knock him from one of the top pedestals/usage pretty much every competition. I'll still be running him but that is a massive loss for him!
  11. April 8th release date! Abilities of 3 starter megas revealed too. Meganium's ability means all of its move work as though there is intense sun - going to be very fun to play with/against. Emboar having Mold Breaker is weak af. They could've gone for something much more fun than that.
  12. What a flawless presentation of results! 100% brat and loved the addition of the posters alongside it Really happy with the results too on the whole! Buzzjack is brat (except for @Bror )

Absolutely incredible! She was 30 minutes late so I was stressing about it being cancelled on the night (my tickets for her last tour were cancelled because of Covid) and I simply HAD to see her live. But she arrived and delivered a spectacular night showcasing her wildly frantic journey to FREEDOM. As soon as she started playing Warrior I gasped and broke down because that is MY ERA. Then going into Crazy Kids and my #1 Kesha song C'mon? It's like she knew I was there. I was convinced she wouldn't touch the Warrior era but I am so glad she did. It is her musical peak. I loved the setlist, it was perfection. I can't think of a single song of hers that was majorly missing? Obviously I have favourite album tracks but given she couldn't do too many of them, her picks were spot on. So happy she has found freedom, it oozes out of her personality, energy and performance and you can tell she is exactly where she deserves to be right now. Bring on many more Kesha Records releases
  17. It's so odd - she is usually so quick to comment on any sort of movement. Come on Madge, promote it further!
  18. I have gone from liking this to loving it now. It isn't quite the high of Run My Way but it's gorgeous. The "stripped" version is really good too and the video really showcases their talents as musicians, vocals and instruments! Their voices complement each other so well - I think whatever thoughts are on them as personalities, it's hard to deny their talent! 2 for 2 for me now - keep it coming!
  19. This hit 1 billion Spotify streams a few days ago! Another huge success.
  20. Incredible top 5 so far - what an era!

I am seeing her for the first time on Thursday! She is the only female in my top 5 female artists of all time that I haven't seen live yet so my hype is unreal.
