Also confused by the extreme reactions of hatred to this and yet a complete lack of suggestions for other possible ways of ensuring "real" fans get tickets as a priority... like what is Deezer doing to help the cause (away from how they split funds for artists - which is a separate issue)? What if the artist doesn't want to do multiple days because of exhaustion? Or because they want to tour multiple cities or countries instead? How is the world doomed because same genuine fans of artists will get tickets before ticket touters have a chance to? So much hyperbole with no real backing and before we even see how this will work..

But how else would you suggest "real" fans are given priority for tickets? Things like signing up to their newsletters is meaningless and fighting for them on the day is unfair given the amount of scammers around. For me this is a great way of rewarding fans and what better way ti show you're a fan than actually listening to the artist's music? Yes it is also to promote Spotify but good for them for also rewarding fans in a time when it is getting increasingly harder to see artists live!

Seems to be limited to US in its rollout but hopefully it becomes a thing in other places too!

Listened to MAID OF HONOUR and... what an experience. I cringed so hard throughout, surely it is not to be taken seriously? 90% absolutely atrocious, embarrassing and messy, the rest diet bop. Which One with Central Cee remains iconic though, most of the rest, FLUSH. Everyone listen to Cheetah Print if nothing else to experience what I had to experience

I listened to ICEMAN yesterday. It started off decently but then I realised it is literally an hour of the same self-loathing and pitying and I quickly became very bored. I can't even recall which of the few early tracks I particularly liked because it all merged into one!? It is so sad that this is the same guy that made Take Care, one of the my favourite albums of all time. Where has that guy gone - the fiercely confident, smooth, self-assured guy? Now it is all "woe is me" over and over again.

I don't understand the rule that it has to be available on multiple platforms. How come Amazon exclusive Christmas songs can chart then?
