In the song, the line "we're taking over" refers to Kesha and her fans starting a cult of sorts and taking over the world. The music video is incredibly iconic and involves a band of unicorns being massacred and bleeding out rainbows... as you do. The song was originally intended for Britney's Femme Fatale album!
