Troye Sivan - She's the Best
My hipe levels are insane for a new Troye era. He always delivers. Gonna be controversial however and say I much prefer him being slower, reflective, sensual than all put charged sexual desire that the last album had. Take me back to Blue Neighborhood, Bloom, IN A DREAM vibes pls!

JOYRIDE. was the perfect post-Gag Order re-introduction to Kesha. It is so nostalgically her whilst also being a vision into what she is as an independent artist. Batshit crazy, but we love it!

BRAT: THE RATE RESULTS
Why do an Ultimate Charli Rate when we know Track 10 is the winner (let's do it!)

KESHA - RATE. RESULTS.
"You want kids? Well, I am mother" 06. JOYRIDE. 9.55 Before we start the big top 5, we say goodnbye to the final PERIOD. song. Interestingly this edged out RED FLAG. to be named your favourite from the album simply by having more top scores - otherwise they were ranked identically. JOYRIDE. was the lead single from PERIOD. and brought Kesha back into the mainstream in explosive style. She was free and had things to say and FUN to have. The aggressive, self-love album celebrates her independence from her previous record labels and started a new chapter in her career. For that we are eternally grateful for what this song means.

Two BANGERS. Loved RED FLAG. but the tour sent it to dizzying heights for me. Take It Off is a sleazy classic x

Will it stay top 40? I feel like it will now? Edit: that was Tuesday's update! Idk now...

Confessions II ● 15th album
I know this has probably been mentioned before and I am sure I knew of it but how genius is this connection on the final two songs of this album and Ray Of Light: RoL Little Star (about her daughter's birth) Mer Girl (about her mother's death) CII The Test (features previously mentioned daughter) L.E.S. Girl (similar song title and about her early life before becoming famous) The artistic vision is insane here.

'Ray of Light' • album discussion
So I just started bawling my eyes out in front of my boyfriend listening to Little Star. It makes me think so deeply about my dog that has passed and my new dog that we have now. He is our little star, a gift made of flesh and bone. The song has never hit me like it just did, I'm a wreck! I am dropping him off for 2.5 weeks while I go visit my sister in Canada and that song will make me think of him while I am away from him. ❤️

KESHA - RATE. RESULTS.
"that's the time that the animal comes alive" 07. RED FLAG. 9.55 08. Take It Off 9.50 Take It Off was the 4th single from the debut album and was inspired by Kesha visiting gay bars and finding it hot when people took their clothes off, causing her to question her own identity. She has explained that the song is also about taking off your inhibitions and letting go to become raw and real as well as the obvious meaning of the lyrics. We also lose RED FLAG. from Kesha's latest album. As the title suggests, it is about Kesha's frequent attraction to "red flags" but she does not punish herself throughout the song, instead she celebrates her illustrious dating history. The song was serviced as a single, received remix treatments and a music video shot on the red carpet at the Grammys!

ATTENTION! is definitely way too high but YES for Cannibal. Happy it has managed to be named the best album track she has done - it fought off very tough competition!

The Odyssey • 17th July 2026
Really impressive soundscape and cinematography but so many flaws for me. The biggest one was the decision to cast every single A-list movie star going. I saw a comparison to LOTR which, when first released, had a small handful of stars but the film made unknown people into stars because they were perfectly cast. This did the opposite - it threw in every big name in Hollywood just for the sake of it. I didn't see Athena, I saw Zendaya. I didn't see Helen of Troy, I saw Lupita etc etc. Nolan could've cast actors better suited to these historical figures rather than ticking off all the big seat fillers. I didn't once feel like I was transported to Ancient Greece because it was so blatantly Hollywood. Some cast members were great, don't get me wrong - I think Hathaway was the runaway performance and Holland worked too (and Pattinson to some extent). I found some scenes incredibly underbaked too. Cerce scene was phenomenal but a 10 second conversation of "aww please turn my friends back to human" and she was like "ok cool, sorry 'bout that, sure x". I'd probably give it a 7 out of 10. I was blown away but some of the cinema, but ultimately it was too big a tale to tell in 3 hours and a TV series or a trilogy may have given the legendary tale more justice and a more inspired cast.

KESHA - RATE. RESULTS.
"Do I have your attention?" 09. Cannibal 9.40 10. ATTENTION! (feat. Slayyyter & Rose Gray) 9.30 First out in the top 10 it is a bonus track from Kesha's latest album. The banger features two rising stars and demands attention. The song came with a competition to write a new verse to the song and have it recorded. One of the most recent songs to be released it has managed the mammoth feat of making it to the top 10 - is it recency bias or will this go down as an all-time Kesha classic? We also lose the highest rated album track in Cannibal! From the extended album of the same name, the now Halloween staple was the album's second promotional single. Certified platinum in the US, the song is about Kesha's hungry desire for her men, with a dark twist. Featuring some controversial lyrics (shoutout to Jeffrey Dahmer) the song is an explosive introduction to the album.

'Judas' ● 2nd Single
This is so iconic haha! The impact of this music video continues.

Confessions II ● 15th album
Sorry if this is a silly question but with the new versions of Love Sensation getting the majority of the streams, will they contribute to the album's total streams/chart position? The Kylie version isn't on the album so how does it work?

KESHA - RATE. RESULTS.
Sorry for the delay, I was abroad! Going away again in a few days but will try and get this done. Two INCREDIBLE songs there - the former is easily one of her best ever album tracks and the latter one of her best singles. Both deserved top 10

"We're made of stars, we're up in space" 11. Your Love is My Drug 9.30 12. All That Matters (The Beautiful Life) 8.95 A personal favourite now and a stupendously strong position for an album track! All That Matters is an anthemic stomper and one of the final songs written for the Warrior album. It is about stopping and realising that life is beautiful even when caught up in stress and the mundane aspects of it. The heavenly vocals and celestial lyrics make the song soar super high and it has beaten out many of her big hits - it is also your favourite Warrior album track! Just missing the top 10, perhaps shockingly(?) is Your Love is My Drug the third single from the debut album. The song is about Kesha's relationship with her ex-boyfriend and on the surface seems super positive, but deep down there is a darker undertone about becoming possessive and the chaotic effects of love. The song was a hit and has since grown to be one of her staples, receiving recent TikTok viral exposure. Billboard also named it in the top 100 bridges - they were spot on.
