Super excited for this. I battles competitively on SV a LOT so a game focused solely on battling is super fun to see in development. I am hoping there are different routes for competing: some that have no restricted Pokémon allowed, others that allow one restricted etc. The problem with SV is you have to stick to the regulations and that's it so it'd be great to be able to choose teams with all sorts of combinations and battle with different strategies in different formats and regulations!

Andrew Watt speaks to Rolling Stone about the creation of “Abracadabra”: “We made a lot of this stuff in Malibu at Shangri-La. I just remember this little seed of a sound, of a synth, and she just heard something immediately and grabbed the microphone and started flowing in the room. And it was just like really great. And then once there's like this initial kind of thing, she always runs to the piano, right? Because then it becomes a song. It was just kind of this free-flowing, fast moving thing. And then, once she came up with the chords for the other parts and the things that could bounce around, then we recorded that on other synths. It was just a natural thing, you know. It turned into one of those signature things that only she can do.” :wub: :wub:

This is getting a lot of hate on my social media pages but I actually really like it. It's quite clunky and jarring but it works and I love its playful nature. I can't say she has excited me much for a while but this is possibly the first from her in a while that will get repeated plays.
