Frence. Hahaha. I became interested in them when No Good Advice came out as Popjustice forum was launched around that time and I was sort of pointed towards some better pop music than the chart rubbish on the continent. But my love exploded after Off The Record where they were all just amazing in every way. Since then I've been going to the tours and acted like a non-loon fan should. But Out Of Control was so average that I really don't want them to bring out another album. I don't see them fit into the current scene at all. Chemistry will remain their masterpiece and let's not soil the legacy with an album full of Flings and Fix Me Up's.

I'm sorry, love, but Hold It Against Me will not be going anywhere near no Top 10. :drama:

What would her label gain by issuing Someone Like You as a single at this point? It has pretty much achieved everything it can. Now Set Fire To The Rain is the gem that will open yet another side to the album. Round the campaign off with One & Only and there you have it. 2m album sales in the space of 8 months with just 3 single releases and hello Christmas break when extra sales will just roll in without any extra work. If Adele hadn't written the whole album, I'd say GREAT A&R!

Well, let's be honest if it's true they're both escaping a sinking ship. XF UK is rapidly becoming American Idol - great viewing figures which don't translate into album sales. I was hoping they'd discontinue it altogether after last year's mess, but I suppose the advertising dollar is still demanding its stay. Good on Cheryl. If she doesn't get the US XF slot, her profile in the UK will decrease somewhat and she can probably have a bit of a life. No Girls Aloud reunion please though!

If even in April, this has been constantly postponed for a year or so. But at least she has some chart success to show now. I hope that she will put Activate My Heart on the album at least in some territories even if it's not on the official tracklist right now (Japan, surely, but does anyone know here there yet?). Such a waste of an omission.
