ROUND 4: Least Favourite Jax Jones Single
"House Work" for me

Friday Chart Predictions
Glad to see the social media campaign will almost certainly get Aitch that T10, though it's a shame it's at the expense of Sam Smith; fingers crossed Sam can climb up next week (when Aitch potentially drops out/due to lack of other 'big' releases [unless I'm missing an obvious one!]).

Track of the Week 2019 - Week 32
Foals, HAIM or RAYE for me.
-
HAIM - Women In Music Pt. III
This has grown on me massively - hope it can get some radio support.
-
Post Malone - Circles
It annoys me how much I end up enjoying each of Post Malone’s releases, and I’m sure this one’ll be no different.

ROUND 3: Least Favourite Jax Jones Single
Yeah Yeah Yeah, so we can get down to a tougher list.

iTunes Weekly Thread W/C 2nd August 2019
He’s doing a great job of pushing it on social media, so I’m expecting a T20 debut at the least. Much prefer “Strike a Pose” and “Kilos” to this, but hey ho.

ACR Status Updates
Anyone know if Becky Hill's "I Could Get Used to This" is still safe? Would hate to see it pushed to ACR given it's now peaking on Spotify/added to R1 playlist.

Guest vocalists who can't quite catch a break
"Love Me Again" aside, I think John Newman falls into this category now sadly - best known now for his Rudimental, Calvin Harris + Sigala features, and can't see him scoring another solo hit any time soon.

The 2019 Popjustice Twenty Quid Music Prize
"About Work the Dancefloor" seems like the top of song that they'd give this to. "Blame It On Your Love" is the standout track from that list though.

August 30th album chart battle
Not really a 'big' battle for #1 imo, I'd be surprised if any can outsell Ed Sheeran; but let's see.

Avicii singles survivor [Round 15]
“Seek Bromance” deserved way better - “Hey Brother” to go next!
-
Spotify Chart Thread [August 2019]
It’s been amazing watching the longevity of both of them. Here for Becky Hill’s “I Could Get Used to This” getting another wave and re-peaking again.

ROUND 1: Lana Del Rey Single Survivor
How can people be voting for "Doin Time", it certainly doesn't deserve to get kicked out so early!
-
Track of the Week 2019 - Week 31
Null vote for me... Boring week of releases.
-
Radio 1 Playlist (26/07/19)
Boo at “Inglorious” getting kicked off already!

Avicii singles survivor [Round 13]
Hey Brother

New Release Schedule: Friday 26 July
It’s going to be Ed Sheeran at #1 until Taylor Swift right? I can’t see Mabel doing anything more than 20k, though here to be pleasantly surprised.

Dancing with a Stranger vs. How Do You Sleep?
Blown away by “How Do You Sleep?” too much not to give it my vote.
-
Mercury Prize 2019
Disappointed that Loyle Carner’s latest wasn’t included, feels like a big step up in quality to me; contrary to reviews. Of these acts, I think I’d most like Fontaines D.C. to win - incredible debut (though last song could’ve been dropped).

Spotify Chart Thread [July 2019]
Just when you think Dominic Fike’s “3 Nights” has hit its peak it goes and climbs a few more places! Would be great to see it hit the T10 officially, definition of a slow-burner hit.

Young T & Bugsey ft. Aitch - Strike A Pose
Love this, Toddla T produccy!

Mercury Prize 2019
My predictions: - Foals - The 1975 - Little Simz - Loyle Carner - Dave - The Chemical Brothers - Slowthai - Fontaines D.C. Sadly I don’t think Skepta’s latest album is strong enough to get him nominated again, certainly not when better ‘rap’ albums like Dave and slowthai are out.
