"Juice" > "7 Rings"

So good to see “Boasty” doing well, I feared it might go under the radar when it first premiered.

Great going for Wretch 32's "Tell Me" - I wonder how many other singles of his (e.g., "Hush Little Baby" with Ed Sheeran; "Blackout" with Shakka) are close to their first certification too.

Signs are pointing towards this being the next 'big' dance track, really hope it blows up!

I've had this album on repeat all week - "On the Luna", "In Degrees" and "White Onion" are my favourites at the moment. Hoping they can sell well enough on week 2 to still get this to #1 - I was really routing for them last week.

Nail biting end to a week - hoping Foals can pull it back last minute, but would happily see Dave (or even Dido for that matter) nab the #1.

I'm excited to hear a full album nonetheless, but it's not looking like it'll be a commercially successful project at this rate; they need to rope some other big names onto a track/a remix to get some attention.

Dave has the most noticeable fanbase of these five artists though I'd say - if he can keep encouraging streaming/sales of the physical CD on social media like he is then I reckon he could close the gap and snatch the #1. Exciting week in any case!

Foals or Dave for #1 this week surely? Hard to tell who’s going to open on the bigger sales. Would be nice to see Dido, Sigrid and Tom Walker complete the T5 too, if only to keep things fresh!

"Superstar" on repeat at the moment - I really hope this is the track the label are trying to get radio onboard with!

This sounds EXACTLY like "Sweet But Psycho", haha. Surely the general public aren't going to fall for this and help it become a hit.

Impressive feat for Sam Smith's "Too Good for Goodbyes" going double platinum, I think people were too quick to rule his second era out as a flop. Great to see one of his early tracks, "Leave Your Lover", hitting a sales milestone too!

Ah, didn't even clock that she wasn't showing in the T40 (she was showing at #53 in Monday's update). Disappointing as she seems to have a lot of support this era, as you say, kind of like AlunaGeorge and Nao's respective sophmores :( Boo @ Lewis Capaldi overtaking Calvin. He's pushing getting a second week on Twitter, and even Rag'n'Bone Man has retweeted him; so these are only going to work against "Giant".

She sounds a bit like Lorde on "wish you were gay". OK, but not "bury a friend" great for me on first listen.

Just as "Play God" is picking up, Sam's announced that a new song is dropping tomorrow!

Really hoping Calvin and Rag'n'Bone Man can get a week in at number 1!

Listened to most of these and only really rate benny blanco et al., Tom Walker/Zara Larsson (future single for sure!), Foals, and MARINA (why didn't she put this one out first!)

Why did they ever release "Pyro Ting" as a collaborative single with Banx & Ranx when they were (potentially) sitting on "Thunder"; probably could've been a decent hit. I hope these guys can get a second wave or something, because their music is still very relevant.

He's heard/realised that he could potentially get a #1 this Friday, so encouraging fans to download/stream on Twitter. I'm routing for Calvin Harris and Rag'n'Bone Man this week though, so streaming that to try and counter balance, ha. Lewis Capaldi should be able to get at least a week in next week though surely?

New James Bay is incredible, have had the chorus in my head for the past few days now.

If there is a secret performance tonight, I hope it's someone debuting something new; and not Ariana, Cardi/Bruno, or Zedd/Katy.

I really hope this can get James back in the charts/back on the radio - the last era was not good for him; even though the quality of the music was great!

Khalid/Disclosure straight in to the T20, AJ Tracey T20, and Tom Walker and CamelPhat both T40 is great to see!
