Lola Young and Sombr to debut in the T40 please, both are great!

New CMAT track sounds great, would be here for that being a hit. Lola Young and Sombr’s new tracks sound like they could (and would deserve to) be big!

Gutted that without physicals Hard Life aren’t looking to chart with ‘Onion’. Fingers crossed they can get a new physical release sorted for later in the year.

On paper, Sonny Fodera and Jazzy’s new single should be a hit. Interested to see how high Skye Newman debuts with single #3.

Happy to see Lorde at #1 in the albums, fingers crossed it stays there!

Had this on repeat all day, this is such a great track from Ed!

The Giver sounded huge, everyone was/is just still too caught up on Pink Pony Club. Not even a Sabrina fan, but will take pretty much anything being #1 over Ordinary.

Surprised Friendly Fires wasn’t certified already!

I had to scroll for ages to find Sleep Token’s album under New Releases on Apple, which won’t help it pick up casual listeners. In any case, great to see it doing well, and PinkPantheress too!

Always here for MARINA getting more certifications, such an underrated artist!

Another two certifications for Fontaines, yay! The 1975’s best song, imo, going Platinum this week too.

Not blown away by any of the ‘big’ new releases this week really - Sugababes and Tom Grennan were probably my favourite of the releases that might trouble the T100.

This is stuck in my head.

I am still not bored of this, so good!

Cannot get into this one at all. Now he’s popular can we go back to the original sound please, it was so good!

Happy to see Robbie at #1, I had feared that the Better Man soundtrack had been and gone without making any impact. I’m only a casual listener of Robbie but loved Better Man; the music was incorporated well.

Pretty sure R1 will want to be attached to the ‘breakthrough’ of Doechii, so will be surprised if she’s not #1 at this point.

I’m eager to see what Bruno Mars has lined up; all signs seem to point to whatever he comes back with - solo - being huge.

Badger and Natasha Bedingfield - These Words

Brit List returns: https://www.musicweek.com/talent/read/bbc-r...-service/090792 First two artists are Myles Smith and Lola Young.

Backbone feels like it’s too soon, but a clearout’s a clearout!

We haven’t had one of those in a while (IIRC), how exciting!

Would be amazing if Backbone did debut at #1, but I’ll be chuffed with even a T10. FYI that the highest C&S have peaked is #5 (on three occasions).

Looking at the release schedule, Will Young poses the biggest threat (IMO) to Charli nabbing #1 in the albums chart next week, hope she can do it!

Funnily enough I just stuck on Bubblegum Bitch by MARINA yesterday, fantastic to see that Gold; hope there’s some more certifications on the way for her!
