JLS - Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour
Tour starts tonight in Dublin and it would appear there is no barrier as reported!

Geri Halliwell-Horner | Rosie Frost & the Falcon Queen
She's a guest on the latest episode of Giovanna Fletcher's podcast Happy Mum Happy Baby, just been listening to it. Lovely little chat this actually! Also turns out Gi listened to the "Scream If You Wanna Go Faster" album whilst doing her GCSE Art coursework! pdMJ2dJJK9c

Busted - Greatest Hits 2.0
Has anybody else still not had their replacement disc for the misprinted Guest Features Edition CD? I have had to chase the supplier that HMV provided me contact details for for weeks and I still haven't had it, and the window to get it closes next week. ๐

JLS - Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour
I mean in all fairness, it was highlighted quite clearly on the M&G packages when the tour went on sale in March, so it's not like it's some best kept secret. It's been there in plain sight all along. I should point out at this juncture that when Blue did their tour last year, their M&G protocol was reading the same but people had the proper M&G without any distancing or barrier in the end. Even if the same thing doesn't happen I'm still gonna enjoy my one in Cardiff. In the grand scheme of things, it's not that important. There are actual people caught up in real life death or situations across the world right now.

SPOILER FREE: S Club: The Good Times Tour
Just purely by chance I came across a - really quite spiteful - thought piece in The Independent today: https://inews.co.uk/culture/music/s-club-re...c-bleak-2679892 Apart from the fact it's mostly dragging up old wounds again, is woefully inaccurate and offering unhelpful comparisons to Sugababes (they're two totally different bands and don't need to be anything else)... why do people think digging the knife in like this is acceptable? Just makes me so cross ๐

Hannah Spearritt: Facing the Music
I'm about eight chapters in now. It is painfully obvious to me that she has been schtumed by Simon Fuller's lawyers because I feel there is more she wants to say but hasn't been allowed to. And actually, she's not really the one to be angry with. It's Simon. I'll spoiler this next bit with my reasons as to why.

Hannah Spearritt: Facing the Music
My signed copy just arrived. I'm equal parts excited and worried to start reading it!

S Club 7 - Best: The Greatest Hits
I was about to say, suddenly it becomes apparent why the speed of this release was so rapid <_< And re: Natural, mercifully that is the only one with its correct single version on there. If that wasn't on there I really would riot.

S Club 7 - Best: The Greatest Hits
It gets worse. The single versions of "You" and "Love Ain't Gonna Wait For You" aren't on here either. Seriously. Whoever signed off the masters on these needs sacking! I fortunately ordered mine off a Universal Music affiliated store (Recordstore.co.uk) so I have emailed them to outline the issue in detail and ask for it be escalated to the relevant higher powers. I realise this may not resolve it given the contempt Simon Fuller treats it with, but if you don't say anything how will they know?

S Club 7 - Best: The Greatest Hits
Received mine yesterday and spinning it now. Regrettably, the album versions of "Two In A Million" and "You're My Number One" are incorrectly on here and not the far superior single versions as they should be which puts a bit of a dampener on this release for me

The Corrs - Best Of The Corrs
I agree, it seems a bit baffling that they're repacking this without updating it to include any singles from the five albums that have been since this greatest hits. My only guess is that because White Light and Jupiter Calling were both on EastWest rather than Atlantic Records (although both are under the Warner bracket, are they not?) that might explain why they're noticeable by their absence. Hopefully we get a comprehensive collection at some point (and the other albums on vinyl. Talk On Corners was initially down to come out on coloured vinyl for National Album Day next Friday along with Forgiven Not Forgotten. Maybe it still will be soon?)

The Corrs - Best Of The Corrs
One of three new tracks on the album is a cover of Fleetwood Mac's 1988 hit "Little Lies" in tribute to Christine McVie who passed away last year, and is out today as a single:

Nerina Pallot - Fires
The show has been confirmed for The London Palladium on Saturday 13th April next year! Tickets on O2 presale tomorrow, Live Nation presale on Thursday and general sale on Friday, all at 10am on their respective days.

Louise - Greatest Hits
These extracts from the autobiography of the late Jazz Summers, who managed Eternal when it was just a duo in 1999, has gone viral on Twitter. It is delicious as you would expect: @1706258677299081495

Louise - Greatest Hits
Easther and Vernie firing Kellรฉ by fax 25 years ago and feigning innocence about it when confronted about it on their series of The Big Reunion means them being exposed as transphobes is not surprising. Good on Lou and Kellรฉ for doing what is right though. And I hope Mighty Hoopla etc book them both next year to really rub salt in the wounds of the Bennett sisters.

Olly Murs - Marry Me
To be honest, it's not the first time a show like this has made him cannon fodder to mask wider problems. The X Factor and Simon Cowell did exactly the same to him when he hosted it with Caroline Flack in 2015. There were much wider issues than him being the host but they were happy to feed him to the lions. But he'll get back up again and prove these new brooms wrong. He always does. With the Take That tour next year, he's got the joy of going out and doing what he loves which is touring to look forward to, but without the same hassles of his own tours tied to it. I dare say he'll probably use this time that's now unexpectedly free for the rest of the year to just relax and enjoy settling into married life with Amelia. What I say for next year: get a killer new album recorded, sign with BMG (who he should have gone with anyway) and find his own "Padam Padam" moment.

S Club 7 - Reach
Glad we're getting this one next! Firstly for "Someday, Someway" (one of my favourite B-Sides, Jon sounds amazing on it). But secondly for the Eiffel 65 remix! I think I'm right in saying that Eiffel 65 themselves reached out to do it for them as a peace offering for keeping "S Club Party" off number one with "Blue (Da Ba Dee)"?

Busted - Greatest Hits 2.0
I've just had an email from HMV about the whole pressing error debacle. I've emailed the supplier for a replacement copy so at least that's taken care of.

Melanie C โข Sporty's Fifty
I managed to get a ticket in the pre-sale this morning. Not been to Koko in years so this should be fun!

Leigh-Anne ft Ayra Starr - My Love โข 2nd Single
It was here around the time "Don't Say Love" came out.

Leigh-Anne ft Ayra Starr - My Love โข 2nd Single
Oh dear at the midweek ๐ Shame because Lei-Lei's stuff has been fire so far, visually and sound wise, and nowhere near the ground swallowing experience of Jesy's material. I'm wondering if any of the girls are even gonna get to an album at this stage - certainly with major label backing? Suddenly the rumours about Perrie and Jade's stuff being held back by label heads dragging their heels that was on Popbitch a while ago is carrying a lot more credence.

S Club: Streaming and Download Presence
As they appear to be going in release month order, I think it'll probably be one or all of their November singles - "Never Had A Dream Come True", "Have You Ever" or "Alive" we get next ๐๐ป

SPOILER THREAD: The Good Times Tour
Don't know if it's been mentioned already but someone on Popjustice met them at Salford Quays when they were on BBC Breakfast last week and Rachel confirmed is on the setlist ๐๐๐

McFly - Power To Play
They've added a second Cambridge date to their tour and also "Soundcheck Parties" as add ons to the dates already on sale. Judging by the comments on here, it's not just Busted who are pure having their fans by the short and curlies for VIP packages:

Misleading highest peaks?
Good topic this ๐๐ป I'd say Blue and Busted are prime contenders for this thread. With the former, it's generally likely to be "All Rise", "Fly By II" or "One Love" you hear on the radio these days, rather than any of their actual number ones. Same with Busted, "Year 3000" is their signature song and it's none of their four number ones.
