How many times have you seen S Club 7 live?
So I never have seen them live! I still have my DVDs of the S Club Party Live and Carnival Tours, but The O2 on this new tour will be my first time seeing them.

JLS - Everybody Say JLS: The Hits Tour
As they appear to be announcing new music this week thought I'd get the new topic established. All that's known so far is that they are on Sunday Brunch on Channel 4 next weekend talking about new music.

JLS - 2.0
Just seen myself - so it's true then! I guess it's time for a new topic if someone would be kind enough to merge the replies from here at all?

Appleton - Everything's Eventual (Vinyl Release)
Natalie was on This Morning today talking about The Masked Singer, the "Everything's Eventual" reissue and more besides: 0pAB7Q6N2-o

JLS - 2.0
This is said video that's causing the excitement, bytheby: I mean if something is forthcoming I'd be delighted, but who knows?

S Club 7 - Two in a Million / You're My Number One
I love both, but "Two In A Million" has to be it for me. The single mix (or "Boyfriends and Birthdays Version") just elevated it to another level in terms of production and that beautiful orchestration with the strings is just gorgeous.

SPOILER FREE: S Club: The Good Times Tour
Ah yes I saw that - I've signed up. I don't want to get my hopes up too high, but perhaps Simon's actually listening to what the fans are wanting this time? The vinyl of Don't Stop Movin' is already more than what we got last time round. I'm so pleased the classic logo is being used this time round as well. I always preferred it over the later one!

The Masked Singer • Series 4
I got all three right this year! So happy Natalie and Charlie were in the final, Rhino was a very deserving winner. I had this inkling from the way certain voice inflections were going that Ricky Wilson was Phoenix!

Appleton - Everything's Eventual (Vinyl Release)
So in news that wasn't news to me - Natalie was indeed Fawn! TRUsrf88zYs Zq34JHADMiA Nicole was also on Magic Radio last week on the Breakfast Show with Ronan Keating (she has a show of her own on the station on Sunday afternoon from 5 - 7pm). They spoke about the reissue and said that there maybe some live performances coming to mark it!

SPOILER FREE: S Club: The Good Times Tour
Whilst out in town this morning I heard Don't Stop Movin' twice playing on the radio - first in Greggs and then again while I was getting my hair done. It really is a classic, but also it was a lovely moment to hear it on the air again!

S Club 7 - Don't Stop Movin'

Hopefully this paves the way for the albums to follow!

Niall Horan - Heaven
ThePensmith posted a post in a topic in Harry Styles and One Direction's Harry Styles and One DirectionJust had my first listen - so obviously first single, it has that energy to kick off a new era! The multi layered vocals on it are stunning, especially at the start. It sounds strange but it kind of put me in mind of Enya, that same sort of ethereal, almost - pardon the pun - heavenly feel. No doubt at all this should be a hit!

S Club: UK Chart Runs & Sales
Fascinating reading all of this - couple of pointers though: The chart entry date for "Two In A Million / You're My Number One" appears to be 2001 rather than December 1999 as it should be? Do Upper Street, the short lived MTV boyband that Bradley was a member of in 2006, not count towards this thread? (They had the one single, admittedly, but still!)

S Club: Reunion Discussion
I've thought about it long and hard... I'm gonna try for The O2 in the pre-sale tomorrow. When I woke up this morning, after The One Show last night, and even after the press conference earlier today, my position was much the same as it was three weeks ago, I wasn't wanting anything to do with it. But then I listened to them on Scott Mills this afternoon. And I can't really explain how or why, but something clicked. I will admit I've been holding them, or rather, Simon's handling of things, up to a standard that I've accepted they might never reach (pardon the pun) relative to how Steps did it. Which isn't their fault, but fundamentally, they were my band and my joy 22 years ago. So I'm gonna give 12 year old me the chance to see all seven of them that he always wanted. It might not happen again in my lifetime!

In a perfect world...what do you want from this reunion?
In a perfect world, we'd be getting all the following: - Improved streaming / digital download presence (full albums, singles, B-sides) - Official music videos remastered on YouTube - Album reissues on coloured vinyl - The TV shows all made available on BritBox (Netflix for international fans) - Some sort of retrospective documentary a la Spice Girls "Giving You Everything" or Girls Aloud "Ten Years At The Top" or even like that Stock Aitken Waterman one that was on telly recently And yet readying myself for what appears to be a repeat of 2015 hasn't made accepting that none of the above will probably happen any easier at all.

Appleton - Everything's Eventual (Vinyl Release)
By the looks of things it's the original album version on this release. Although we can but hope there's an expanded CD version with single mixes / B-sides etc coming, I suppose!

Appleton - Everything's Eventual (Vinyl Release)
I was going to say I have a couple of the Demon releases in my record boxes. The 90s Dance Classics one is really good, and I also have a picture disc of two episodes of Ab Fab that they released when the film came out in 2016. I didn't know there was a UK Garage one mind - now that I would like if it's still available!

Appleton - Everything's Eventual (Vinyl Release)
One other thing that I think is worth mentioning here: I am 100% positive that Natalie is currently on The Masked Singer as Fawn, and given there's only two episodes left of this series now - i.e she'll either be unmasked this weekend or next - I would imagine this will be a hook to hang the reissue off of! It wasn't as big as All Saints' albums were, true, but I don't think that's the aim with this. Looking at Demon's catalogue there there's a lot of albums such as the last Ace of Base one which I don't think even saw the light of day on original release here. Maybe it'll enter the vinyl chart but I'd be surprised if it makes the main one too. I'm just buzzing to get it on vinyl period!
