  1. Agreed! One Of These Girls is my least favourite b-side from the Spice Girls.
  2. Thanks for sharing that link; after listening to Biff in that live, I understand now that usually what transforms a demo to a finished song is a re-recording or addition of vocals.
  3. I really think there will be; it would be silly for them not to unlock those old recordings especially after all of the love and positivity that's coming from Feed Your Love alone. I know a lot of fans quote Melanie C on this issue by reciting her "b-sides are b-sides for a reason" quote, but I have two problems with that. 1) Music is art, and art is subjective. One man's trash is another man's treasure. 2) As far as b-sides go, I have a hard time putting stock into what Melanie C considers "b-side" material seeing as she has a notable history of having some really stellar b-sides that are better than some of the tracks that made her albums; especially during the Reason and This Time eras. Don't get me wrong, I will always support Melanie C releasing new records, especially after the beauty of her latest one, but even though she has dragged WOMAN repeatedly, releasing it couldn't do any harm to the Spice Girls' legacy. This is the same group that thought Headlines was a suitable comeback single. A ballad. It's not a terrible song, but, they chose a friggen ballad over a more dance-able track when their fans just want to party with them. They would have probably had a #1 in 2007 had they released Never Give Up On The Good Times with a nice video instead of that lingerie ad. #SueMe :music:
  4. I think it's a matter of opinion. If a song is mastered it's no longer a demo. In my opinion. :) In any case, I'm looking forward to more of these vault tracks seeing the light of day. I wonder if SYBT will get a 25yr EP as well and feature another unreleased track. Then maybe a rerelease of Spice in November with 5 or so vault tracks at the end.
  5. I'm quite certain it is a finished track as it was recently mixed to completion at Abbey -- I believe I read that on BJ (no pun intended). :P FYL doesn't sound demo-ish at all imo when compared to the demo version of Wannabe that's on the EP. It sounds a bit hollow if that makes sense but also a tad like the Dave Way mix.
  6. That's the T right there! :teresa:
  7. That's a tough question! I'd say, my #1 is Into You. All of the other tracks are tied for second place. : )
  8. I'm a little late to the game here, but her self-titled album is pretty incredible. Probably her most cohesive body of work, and very clear vibe throughout the whole record. Her vocals in the acoustic takes are also really really strong.
  9. *facepalm* Oh Emma ... To be honest, good on Junior Vasquez for churning out a remix that's STILL being pressed 25 years later! Aside from that one, if I am correct, I think the "newest" official remix of Wannabe is the set that the Soul Seekerz pushed out in 2007?
  10. I'm willing to bet that the elusive W.O.M.A.N. is one of them given that Emma quoted the lyrics to Mel B on social media recently. That was no coincidence and seeing as Emma thought 'Stop' was on SPICE, if she's quoting WOMAN lyrics in 2021 ... I think it's coming. : )
