Daily News, Gossip and Chat,
So would I, it's almost like MI6 are in charge of security concerning this album, not a bloody peep about anything  :D All we do know for sure is the writing's coming along, he was going to gather his songs together in August and that he was working with Greg Kurstin back in March, all from the horse's mouth so to speak. I'd love to know who else he's writing with, who's producing, why he's been in LA (Robin Thicke again? or maybe even Greg, he hails from LA apparently) but then again Ash and MG both have Robin Thicke as friends on Myspace, so maybe they met him through Will when they were all there together earlier in the year. Has he been recording in Brighton or just on some away day excursions? I think it's definite he's working with Karen again, thanks to another devoted detective, and we've got to hope that some of the songs you've tracked down BYM&Ms, are from the latest project, but most of all a nod to exactly what part of next year we might expect the album, would be the very best news of all. :D

Shayne Ward - If That's OK With You / No U Hang Up
The fact is that some of these acts ALWAYS do ;) Robbie doesn't mime, nor does Ronan and nor does Will and I'm certain there are many more like these guys who always, whatever the occassion or circumstance sing live. I really didn't expect Shayne to sing live, he mimed some songs on his tour which was never a good sign of things to come. He's a Louis Walsh/ Simon Cowell act in the mould of the Westlife boys, all he needs is a key change and a stool and he'd fit in just fine.

Daily Will Rant Thread.
Take comfort in the fact that in the whole of the UK, there are probably only a handful of people who would bother to p**s on Louis if he were in flames across the street. ;) Step forward the Westlife boys and Shayne

OS Update (The one we've all been waiting for)
Just out of curiousity, what sort of feedback does anyone think we might have got if someone we knew won a place? ;) See, I'm of the opinion that besides the normal clothes, hair and stubble description, there's going to be very little to tell, venue & menu aside of course :D I've got a sneaky, sneaky feeling that some peeps are thinking that the guests might be privvy to Will's future plans, album release, new tour, acting role maybe, and none of us lot are going to know about it without having one of our agents perfoming their duty on the day. Seriously though, Will's a wiley old bird who knows how to keep his mouth zipped and I think this dinner will be exactly what it says on the tin, all about the guests lives and very little about his own. :D I'm very happy for anyone that wins, of course I'd have liked some of the lovely people that I know from the sites to be amongst them (to tell truth, there's a couple over there that I bl***y hope won't win though ;) )

Highlights of KO Tour.
Yep :D I loved everything about the tour, Loved everything about the FC one too (well maybe I wasn't quite so keen on In the Stone on that one, 'cos the sound where I sat wasn't good) Will in pilots uniform, a sight to behold ;) I actually think I took a sharp intake of breath whan that curtain went back. I turned to look at my son, who had accompanied me under sufferance, and even he had a big grin on his face. Favourite vocal was Don't Let Me Be Lonely Tonight  Wish he'd do that one as the cover on album 4. But he was superb on every song a great, great performer.

The dustbin thread
Probably used to it, that's why he has to attention seek on the net  That level of obsession isn't nomal though is it? Unless of course, Will's turned him down at some time. ;) It's quite possible, Will has always gone out and about around London and the gay clubs. Hells bells :o , perhaps Woodlouse is the owner of those horrendous camouflage underpants, you know, that dopey t*** that said he'd met Will in G.A.Y.

Happychat thread part deux!
Simon Fuller was always on his side and he was a powerful ally back then. I think Ged Doherty was another that played fair with Will and I think it was these two that made sure Will was removed from the Simon connection, before Will walked. ;) (What a story that would have been) There's no doubt in my mind that Will is very honest when he says that his personal happiness comes first and that he'd walk awy from everything if was ever compromised in a big way.

I'm sure you're right about Max Clifford TT, a man I despise more than Louis Walsh, odious little scrote.

Happychat thread part deux!
I've always thought that Simon would admit to anything but the real reason why he didn't want Will to win, and that was his sexuality. Although Will hadn't come out to the public, according to one well known journalist, who has since written a book on all things pop, Will's sexuality was common knowledge in the industry and obviously with those connected to the show. I'm not accusing Simon of being prejudiced, just that I think having a gay man as the UKs very first PI didn't fit into Simon's plans in any shape or form. He might even have been routed in that 50's mind set of Larry Parnes when all of the stars in his management stable had to keep stum about their sexual preferences. In the end, that Will is Gay hasn't mattered a jot in the UK (I still think that this is probably the reason for not attempting to break into the US though) but Simon couldn't forsee that, no one could, so it was far safer to go with someone who was the epitome of a young, pretty, girl attracting pop star. Whatever, Simon has moved on to his next projects of the moment, Will's been the success PI promised it's winner would be and it all worked out very well in the end. :D

Shayne Ward - If That's OK With You / No U Hang Up
According to posts on his site, Shayne's album isn't due for another 3 months, Nov.26th. I'm getting the feeling that this is one big c**k up with the label. First the original single gets delayed a month so that another one can be lifted from the album making it a double A and now it looks as though there'll be a third one taken from it before they release the album. Obviously they're not that confident with the second A side either. I suppose the only positive thing is, at least they realised they'd made a mistake with the choice of lead single before any damage had been done ;)

Daily Will Rant Thread.
Oh dear :D , well I suppose not all Will fans think alike but KO has been my least favourite album. There were a couple of tracks I liked, didn't particularly care for any of the single releases, hated, hated hated Happiness  I would have traded the whole lot to have heard 'Easy' on the airwaves. Whatever, love his voice and nothing will change that and I can't wait to hear what album 4 will sound like. Yes, it's lovely he's done a play, saved gorillas is having dinner with fans, is fascinated by bears ;) and has an audio version of a book about to come out, but I want news on this flipping album. A teensy weensy scrap of info into who he might be writing with would suffice, a hint of when we might get a release would be even better, anything, just a word about the album that's all I want to make me happy.

OS Update (The one we've all been waiting for)
Maybe he only wanted a half dozen in the first place and is working on the number 15 to allow for the no shows  Or it could be that for every 3 picked each week, 1 is a plant, thus ensuring that a small dinner party (for 6) will be taking place regardless ;) :D

OS Update (The one we've all been waiting for)
Surely the law of averages must produce at least 1 winner from the sites musn't it? But then again, we have absolutely no idea how many people just read( theOS especially ) without ever joining up. I hope they pick some reserves, just in case there's been some of those nutty obsessives trying to bugger it all up

Album News
When we first got news about Will writing with Nitin, before the release of KO, someone from Devoted joined Nitin's site and I remember his manager saying on there, that they'd written about 5 songs together. At the time, it wasn't known whether any would be used or on whose album if they were. It seems as though what you've found is the missing tracks from that time. As I said earlier,it's possible they might be used on future albums and the Will Nitin friendship syill seems to be going, so they may even get reworked if they're used.

Album News
This is definitely not our Will BYM&Ms ;) This is an old soul group who used to sing back in the sixties. :D Just editing to add that when I googled the Ovations I found that they once did 31 shows with James Brown. Quite a coicidence really seeing that our Will was maybe one of the last artists to have performed with JB. I hate to seem a bit of a wet blanket, but I get the feeling that maybe most of the other songs that have been found were probably written at the time of previous albums. Doesn't mean to say that they won't be used, does it, but I think he's probably gone with some new people that haven't come to light yet.

Maroon 5 singer slates tennis star's sex
I don't think this has done his reputation much good, what a pratt he is  If he couldn't get a response from her and she was concentrating, most probably on how to perfect her backhand volley, I would say that was more down to failure on his part than hers

Leona Lewis
She hasn't been 'paid' millions up front  She had an advance to make My December and if it's failed to sell the required amount to recoup that advance, then she'll be paying for it out of her earnings from this and future c.ds, as long as she's in contract. Every artist with a contract has a value on that contract. An amount the label is prepared to advance towards the cost of making an album varies with the success the artist has had or is predicted to have. Leona's 10 million dollars is a predicted amount of advance to cover 5 albums. If she fails to sell the first, they'll get rid of her very quick, that'll apply all the way through the contract though, depending on sales of each one. Leona can't escape, it's one way only and her label hold all the trump cards.

Louis Walsh attacks modern Pop Icons
Ah, but they're releasing the same day as his boy Shayne Ward. It's a wonder he even said he thought they'd get to no.1, I would have thought his reason for 'dissing' Sugababes was so he had the opportunity to big up Shayne.

Nice to see you back chrysalis. I hope everything will be fine for you, and there's me rabbiting on about hospitals too this morning, just what you need, I don't think, sorry.

Happychat thread part deux!
It was a heart ward too. Luckily for me, I was there awaiting a procedure that proved the old tickker was fine. Any upper stomach pain is suspect heart problems nowadays it seems. Two bloody weeks though, beacause of the sheer volume of patients that need that procedure and the lack of qualified staff able to do it. Talking of staff, they were wonderful, I have nothing but respect and praise for all of those I came in contact with at the much maligned Northwick Park hospital in west London.

Yep, it's grey and dismal here in London too. I'll have to admit though, that it's been something of a relief that we haven't had the scorching Summer we were promised, I was dreading a repeat of the heat of last year. I was in hospital for two of the hottest weeks last year, no air conditioning, no opening a window beacaue of a wasps nest right outside of this 9th floor ward  we had our own fans, our families bought in, I thought we were all more likely to die of the bloody heat than the illnesses we went in for. :D

Leona Lewis
Do you actually believe record companies just hand out that money in advance regardless, just because they signed her? It's called an advance because it is exactly that. Money 'loaned' in order for her to make the album, to pay expenses whilst she's making it. That will all have to be paid back from her earnings once the album sells and only then will she start to earn anything at all. Even then, most singers who earn mega bucks earn it from touring and merchandising not from c.d. sales. It's a business not a charity and they speculate to accumulate, if record companies didn't do that, they'd have their share holders up in arms on a daily basis.

Leona Lewis
Where did you get the information that Leona's guaranteed £1m per album before sales? Are you talking about her record deal, because if so, I don't think it works quite like that. ;)
