  1. No, he didn't. It was written by Eg White, one of Will's regular co-writers. Eg won an Ivor Novello award for Leave Right Now in 2004
  2. Maybe a lot of people might remember Nathan Moore as a member of Brother Beyond the group he was with before Worlds Apart. His sister also happens to be my son's next door neighbour, otherwise, I might not have remembered him :D

Well, if Leona pouts & poses just like Mariah, she too might sell 120 million albums worldwide, top the US singles chart 15 times, and have a career that spans 17 years plus. And all that without even showing any emotion ;)

Leona is Simon's best chance of getting his first global winner. If she stayed here, used British writers & producers then there'll be less chance of selling her to the Americans. It's like manufacturing anything else, cars, aeroplanes, whatever, if it's a joint venture, then it guarantees sales from both countries. At least, that's what simon's hoping ;)

By no means am I a Leona fan, I can't stand her style of singing, but I wouldn't write her off just yet. All she needs, all anyone needs for that matter, is that one huge single (James Blunt anyone?) and she'll be made. She seems to be working with some of the best known producers & writers in the US, there's a mountain of cash backing her, she has a shoe in to all the US tv shows, thanks to Simon Cowell, so the odds are all in her favour. BTW, there's a thread on Digital Spy that says her first single will be Homeless, don't know how true this is, 'cos isn't this a track she recorded pre XFactor?

And that's exactly why I expect him to get his 4th album out asap.(Well late this year to be exact) He has a contract with SBMG for one reason, to make a profit for them. They're not in the business of being genial benefactors and Will's decision to have a dual career, doesn't alter his commitment to his recording contract. He says he's his own boss, to an extent maybe, but he's selling something and he needs SBMG to be able to do that. They might feel that they've giving him leeway by not pressing him to promote abroad and by supporting his move into acting and as long as they don't suffer by it, then all's well, but I honestly don't think Ged would have made the trip to Manchester if the album was 18 months away. :D

He doesn't push my buttons like William does either  but I like the kid, enjoyed all his performances and I'm glad he won the part in Joseph and, as I won't be going to see the show, I'll just have the c.d. as a memento. And suggy, sorry for my ott emotion :yahoo: I promise I won't ever use it again if it's not in reference to Will

I shan't be rushing out to buy Lee's single, but I'm going to get it sometime this week ;) Must have a memento of my second favourite man to come out of one of these tv reality shows :yahoo:
  9. I think it's probably that Will doesn't a**e lick or brown nose these music jounos & obviously, some DJ's. They are the ones who believe they have the power to make or break an artist and if said artist doesn't kow tow to these two bit no marks, that's when the nasty little jibes (hello Ed James & Scott Mills  ) and the spiteful little press pieces appear. Will made a promise early on in his career that he would never compromise who he was, thank goodness he still abides by it ;)
  10. Ram being the operative word here. I'd probably never even see him 'til I'd manged to have whacked him in the goolies with my bag at the same time as planting my size 5's right on his little bare toes. Not the sort of impression I'd be looking to make
  11. I expect it could easily be and why not? It's no different from XFactor really, Lee is a very popular winner of a very popular tv show :D
  12. Yipeeeee :yahoo:  :cheer: :yahoo:  :cheer:
  13. For the record Will 123, has no connection, nor does he represent any other fan of Will's who posts on here. This person and their flame bait, had been given short shrift weeks ago on Wills OF, and it was hoped we'd seen the last of them.
  14. Will of course although I'd say he's a mixture of soul, jazz & pop And despite her mock US accent, I still think Joss has a great voice.
  15. I hope he's writing with Morcheeba again this time. I loved Easy, thought it was one of the best songs of the Keep On era
  16. I'm another one who feels as queasy as hell this morning and it's not caused by drink either. We went with some friends to a really gorgeous and picturesque restaurant (with a watemill running through it) and I think the food was too rich for my very small and delicate stomach
  17. Her are mine too ;) From Now On. Side by Side Cruel to be Kind Lovestruck Friday's Child Stronger Leave Right Now Friday's Child Keep On, the most difficult one to choose from because I haven't got a real favourite but, Home Madness Who Am I Bonus 1 Beyond the Sea Bonus 2 Girl in the Little Green Hat Covers So many that I love but, Hey Ya I couldn't Love You More Don't Let me be Lonely Tonight

    Oh that's great
  19. I still have green :D You can choose your own colour script if the fancy takes you ;)
  20. I'm with BT. I can get on for a short while if I type in the address and go through the main page, but it throws me out again after a couple of minutes
  21. It's not working for me either. I had the same problem on Sunday when Maggie couldn't get on and I couldn't either but it seemed as though everyone else was OK.
  22. I think it's all quite hush hush at the moment. My friend's daughter danced for Take That on the Shine promtion and she's been asked to be available for this concert, but as of last Thursday, it's still not been confirmed that she'll be there.
  23. Anyone else having problems getting on to Devoted at the moment?
  24. No, I'm not into the appreciation threads either. I love the all encompassing one 'cos Im thoroughly enjoying the show, love all the Josephs, they're such an appealing bunch of guys, I'm always sad when once has to go (Cowell can only look at the combined talent of those finalists and weep). Lee has to be the favourite, but I'm sure they'll all have great careers in musical theatre in the future.
  25. I think we've agreed it must be all Ruperts fault haven't we? It's more likely a meet up with his friend Joseph and Arthur is on the tour too.
