Apparently Echoes is available on US Amazon, does that men it's got a US release, or are his albums always available on there? BTW, there are two versions $20 and $40 according to the postere on PJ.
  4. Title says it all really  Chris Evans and Zoe Ball announced it this morning.
  5. I've been there :D years ago mind and Easington too. Still got relatives in Crook, Darlington and Sedgefield . Blimey, talk about off topic, but no harm done.
  6. I'll claim citizenship by marriage :D My husband was born in a small mining village called Oakenshaw in Co. Durham.

Nice to have a chat thread, hope it doesn't become a focus for open season on other artists though. I don't like to come over all prissy, but I thought we'd moved on from that donkey's years ago.
  8. I can get on but the pages are much slower to load than normal, and I'm an impatient so and so when it comes to PCs
  9. I'm almost certain that the Viking Dance morph's into Runaway, listen again and see if you can hear it.
  10. Hopefully, yes Obviously Jealousy is not intended to compete in the singles chart, it's hopefully going to do what it's meant to do, advertise and promote Echoes. It seems to be doing it's job pretty well already. :D
  11. I voted yes, but only in preference to the other three names being touted at the moment.
  12. It's music first for me as well, especially right now after such a huge gap between studio albums. Acting's OK when he's between albums, but I'm a tad worried that Bedlam, if it gets a second series, could interfere with some of the promotion or even a tour of this album. :(
  13. I do remember Biff mentioning old skool disco, I also remember him tweeting that he'd love to do an electro pop style album with Will. Will has said this new one is the album he's always wanted to make hasn't he? I expect it was a condition of his new contract that he'd get to do it this time, afterall I think LIG was probably modified at his label's request and he's done the Hits, so maybe it was a case of either you let me do what I want next time, or I'll sign with Simon Fuller's preferred Universal. ;)
  14. I was only wondering the other day whether the new album would have tracks that sound similar to 'Gonna get it this time' (B side of Grace) which was also co written by Ash Howes and Biff Stannard. Maybe this might give us a clue as to how some of the new stuff might sound. :D Thanks Sunday

He was spotted in London last Saturday, so it looks like a 2 day trip to NY, all work, no play and straight home again. :D I expect even two days didn't come cheap if he took his team with him, flights and accomodation for all could run into thousands.
  16. I wonder if unlike some of the tennants who have been haunted by past residents, Kate has actually been posessed by one. She's obviously having nightmares and is sleepwalking too, a bit different from the terror experienced by others, but all down to Bedlam Heights horrific past just the same.

Merry Christmas to you too munchkin and to everyone else on Will's forum
  18. I posted on D, but I'm intrigued to know if this track is an SS one with Will as guest vocalist, doesn't appear to be from their album though. Is it a Will track with SS production. Or do we think it's a one off stand alone single with no connection to an album from either artists?
  19. If there had been any definite plans made for the US, I don't think he'd have been allowed to just drop them in favour of doing a drama series, there would be too much effort put in by his management and label for him to be able to do that. If he is going to sign with Universal now, maybe they didn't want him promoting Sony's releases and they'll wait for his new album next year to promote him. AI is back in May, and if he's next album is released in the spring, maybe SF can pull some strings and get him another spot on the show. :D
  20. Nope it's not them. Gawd knows who J& M are, well aside from my husband and his bother, John & Michael, but I can't guess who Will's talking about on his tweet. I think he must have done a lot of reworking of this album, he reckoned it was almost finished over a year ago, so I wonder if there HAS been a change of label who want something a bit different from what he intended to release this year.
  21. Silly me, I never thought to look there.
  22. Where is it TT? I can't find it.
  23. Val, it's you who can't resist the lure of having a pop at Will. None of us here would give Gareth a second thought if you didn't keep reminding us that he was once relevant many moons ago. Now, if you're really interested in what Will's doing, and it seems that you are, there's a whole thread dedicated to the great reviews he's got and the thousands he's played to over the last few weeks, but I'm sure you already know, that's what provoked the bitchy comment on twitter in the first place, wasn't it? :D
  24. Sad, very sad, but just what I would have expected from this person. Why do you think I even bothered to post your tweet here, because I knew you'd be lurking around, watching and waiting to see if someone did, and you came up trumps .She forgets that under the guise of doing it for charity, Gareth worked the publicity machine for all it was worth, posing completely naked and grabbing his privates. Why'd you want to creep around on Will's sites anyway, God knows what Gareth is doing, none of us care enough to even go and look.
  25. I noticed a tweet to Lauren Laverne the other day about it, so I would think she played it again, there's been a few other tweets mentioning it, so I suppose a few people are hearing somewhere.
