If Gordon not so Smart actually removed his head from up the backsides of the likes of JLS and co.,(has he got shares in their pulicity company I wonder) he might evn discover that there's a whole other world of music outside of selling a few thousand records and topping a singles chart. Will had nearly 20 thousand people screaming for him last weekend alone, he hardly need publicity with no album to promote and only two more dates of his tour left. :rolleyes:

Stirred up old val4j on here though, (see her on twitter) Will's success obviously still sticks in her craw. (Why does that make me feel very, very, satisfied. ;)

Have to say that I feel more than a tad miffed re: D right now. No mods on duty by the looks of it and a site owner who I think would like to see an end to the whole thing, doesn't bode well for the long term does it? Would a short explaination on the OS have been too time consuming, I wouldn't have thought so.

Slim to nothing I would think. Wish he'd have added at least one new original track ay least to the set list but, if he didn't do it for Henley, I can't see it happening at any of the other venues. I wonder if he'll change the two covers for the recording of Kenwood. Hit the Road is more of a visual experience and Bad Dreams hasn't a lot of vocals either. I'd like to see him Willify a couple of different covers for Kenwood :P

I can't see them releasing LIG in the US , the biggest tracks on the album, Changes & Grace have already been released on the LRN album over there.

Yes, I've always felt that SF had the means, by way of AI, of giving Will the chance to see how a US market would react to him. I don't mean in a taking America by storm sort of way, but whether there would be any interest at all in him, both for record sales and live gigs. It's cost absolutely nothing to give it a go, no new recordings, no new photo shoots,and there has always been everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose. I think there has been enough interest, especially in the adult contemporary market, to have Will do some live stuff when he goes back in August, and to follow it up with the release of the new album, soon after (I hope :D )

I thought he had it nearly finished last year. Maybe he's having to tweak it a bit if he's going to the US with it, 'cos I think they will follow up the release of the E.P. with the next album.

We all know that Will is a very polite young man and would never say anything in public, but I'd like to be a fly on the wall backstage, when once again, he or Faye or the band spot the same old faces smack bang at the front of the gig. That must happen surely, they turn up at too many gigs not to get noticed.

You should be able to watch from about 1am tomorrow morning. Keep an eye on D because I think there'll be some live streaming links being posted. ;) Failing that, ITV2 wednesday night will air the show. :D

It's got to happen surely. There wouldn't be any point in Simon suggesting him for the exit song if they weren't going to use this as part of his US promotion would there?, but as yet, he's not even been name checked on the show, so many twitters asking what's the song and who's the singer.

I don't think travelling anywhere in England (or Scotland ) is a problem for Will, but I'm beginning to wonder if maybe he isn't a sort after act by some of the Northern venue organisers and that's why there's only one confirmed at the moment.

To be honest, without a performance on the show, I think LRN has probably already peaked and it'll just start to fizzle out now. The upside is, there's a few million Americans who know who he is now and lots more in some of the Asian countries like Indonesia and the Phillipines. :D

I'm wondering if his label only released a certain amount for sale. Maybe they're happy to sell 500/600k quickly, if possible, and don't intend to supply more than the original run. It looks like the Hits success has put the release of the next album back a few months anyway and continually restocking outlets now, could put it back further than they want to.
