They're not signed to a major label though! I'm glad the prize wasn't a record deal like on X Factor / The Voice, there's no real immediate launch into the industry with expectations to do well. Nicole strongly advised that the winners use the prize money to kickstart their career, and it seems like all of them (bar Sweet Seduction who I'm not convinced are still together) have been using the time between filming and the show airing to work on their music, image, brand, etc. The show did what it set out to do and launched some new bands, they've just got to work hard like any other artist in this industry to get a stepping stone into major label and chart success territory.
