Writing and recording with her brother—and producer—FINNEAS at their parents’ house, Eilish released dont smile at me in 2017, graduating directly from her bedroom to the spotlight. Hardly two years later, she’d released the Grammys-slaying WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, an experimental-pop opus exploring mental health and totally upending notions of what constitutes pop music in 2020. (She also won the inaugural Apple Music Award for Global Artist of the Year and performed an Apple Music Live session at London’s O2 Arena in 2022.) Despite the attention, Eilish has done her best to stake out a space of freedom and fluidity, dodging easy definition. Her 2021 album Happier Than Ever saw her chart a further path of self-discovery, after which 2023’s Academy Award-winning ballad “What Was I Made For?” felt downright existential and the 2024 single “LUNCH” openly radiated queer desire. For an artist who has always seemed like she’s whispering closely guarded secrets into our ears, Eilish’s songwriting only seems to be growing more personal. “This is the most ‘me’ thing I’ve ever made,” she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe about 2024’s HIT ME HARD AND SOFT. “And purely me—not a character.” - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2018 47 lovely (Billie Eilish & Khalid) -3- MILLIONAIRE 2018 21 when the party's over -2*- MILLIONAIRE 2018 72 ocean eyes -1- MILLIONAIRE 2018 47 come out and play -NAS- 2019 78 idontwannabeyouanymore -AT- 2019 79 bellyache -2- 2019 06 bury a friend -3*- MILLIONAIRE 2019 13 wish you were gay -IG- 2019 02 bad guy -4*- MILLIONAIRE 2019 60 you should see me in a crown -1*- 2019 77 all the good girls go to hell -5*- 2019 03 everything i wanted -NAS- MILLIONAIRE 2020 01 No Time To Die -OST- MILLIONAIRE 2020 07 my future -1- 2020 02 Therefore I Am -2- 2021 35 Lo Vas A Olvidar (Billie Eilish & ROSALÍA) -OST- 2021 05 Your Power -3- 2021 14 Lost Cause -4- 2021 23 NDA -5- 2021 04 Happier Than Ever -6- MILLIONAIRE 2021 28 Getting Older -AT- 2021 32 Oxytocin -AT- 2022 23 TV -1/2- 2022 33 The 30th -1/2- 2023 69 hotline -PS- 2023 01 What Was I Made For? -OST- MILLIONAIRE 2024 02 LUNCH -1- 2024 07 CHIHIRO -AT- 2024 02 BIRDS OF A FEATHER -2- MILLIONAIRE 2024 07 WILDFLOWER -3- 2024 01 Guess (Charli xcx & Billie Eilish) 2024 96 L'AMOUR DE MA VIE -AT- 2025 69 THE GREATEST -AT- 3 x #1 | 10 x Top 5 | 14 x Top 10 | 16 x Top 20 | 23 x Top 40 | 33 x Top 100 Social Media Billie Eilish ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 38 | 31 | 11th week Jack Black Steve's Lava Chicken Soundtrack song from A Minecraft Movie Released: 28th March 2025 Label: WaterTower Music Chart Statistics NE (17/04/2025) | 77-21-11-9-10-19-21-21-29-31-38 Sales: 100,000+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 09 Sales 17 Audio Streaming 02 Video Streaming Video Biography Thomas Jacob Black (born August 28, 1969), commonly known as Jack Black, is an American actor, comedian, and musician. 3. 40 | | 1st week Coldplay Sparks Album track from Parachutes Released: 10th July 2000 Label: Parlophone Records Chart Statistics NE (26/06/2025) | 40 Sales: 600,000+ Certification: Platinum Status: Standard Chart Ratio 94 Sales xx Audio Streaming xx Video Streaming Video Biography Coldplay isn’t only one of the most popular English bands but also a torchbearer for an art-rock sound whose roots reach back through Radiohead, U2, Pink Floyd and The Beatles. Yes, the music is anthemic enough to fill arenas—“Clocks”, “Speed of Sound”, “Paradise”, “A Sky Full of Stars”—but detailed and atmospheric, too, stretching the conventions of modern rock without ever losing the emotional thread. Formed in London in the late ’90s, the band debuted with 2000’s Parachutes. Seasons have changed—the arty experiments of 2008’s Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends, the electro rush of 2011’s Mylo Xyloto, the eclecticism of 2019’s Everyday Life—but the core of its sound has been consistent: Propulsive, uplifting, grand but vulnerable. In step with the earnest spirit of its music, the band has also poured considerable resources into philanthropy: performing at Live 8, sponsoring Ocean Cleanup efforts, and notably investing in renewable energy to power 2021's Music of the Spheres World Tour. Whether in crowded bars, lonely bedrooms, closing out the London 2012 Summer Olympics, or headlining the Super Bowl 50 four years later, the effect is more or less the same: At the end of the day, Coldplay comes for the heart. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 1999 92 Brothers & Sisters -NAS- 2000 35 Shiver -1- 2000 04 Yellow -2- MILLIONAIRE 2000 10 Trouble -3- 2002 02 In My Place -1- 2002 10 The Scientist -2- MILLIONAIRE 2003 09 Clocks -3- MILLIONAIRE 2003 87 Remixes -EP- 2003 100 God Put A Smile On Your Face -4- 2005 02 Speed Of Sound -1- 2005 04 Fix You -2- MILLIONAIRE 2005 10 Talk -3- 2008 08 Violet Hill -1- 2008 54 Lost! -3- 2008 01 Viva La Vida -2- MILLIONAIRE 2009 28 Life In Technicolor II -4- 2010 88 A Message 2010 13 Christmas Lights -NAS- MILLIONAIRE 2011 06 Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall -1- 2011 01 Paradise -2- MILLION SELLER 2011 04 Princess Of China (Coldplay & Rihanna) -4- MILLIONAIRE 2011 22 Charlie Brown -3- 2013 12 Atlas -OST- 2014 10 Magic -1- 2014 48 Midnight -IG- 2014 09 A Sky Full Of Stars -2- MILLIONAIRE 2014 70 Another's Arms -AT- 2014 95 Miracles -OST- 2015 07 Adventure Of A Lifetime -1- MILLIONAIRE 2015 52 Everglow -4- 2016 06 Hymn For The Weekend -2- MILLIONAIRE 2016 71 Up&Up-3- 2017 02 Something Just Like This (The Chainsmokers & Coldplay) -1- MILLIONAIRE 2017 70 Hypnotised -PS- 2017 54 Miracles (Someone Special) (Coldplay & Big Sean) -2- 2019 27 Orphans -1- 2019 93 Champion Of The World -AT- 2019 94 Church -AT- 2021 12 Higher Power -1- 2021 03 My Universe (Coldplay & BTS) -2- 2021 24 Let Somebody Go (Coldplay & Selena Gomez) -3- 2024 16 feelslikeimfallinginlove -1- 2024 20 WE PRAY (Coldplay, Little Simz, Burna Boy, Elyanna & TINI) -2- 2024 43 ALL MY LOVE -3- 2025 40 Sparks -AT- 2 x #1 | 9 x Top 5 | 19 x Top 10 | 24 x Top 20 | 30 x Top 40 | 45 x Top 100 Social Media Coldplay
  4. Missed the top 40 this week? Zara Larsson Midnight Sun 2nd single from Midnight Sun Released: 13th June 2025 Label: Sommer House Video Biography “I try not to overthink songs,” Zara Larsson told Apple Music in 2019. Instead, the Swedish singer feels most on point when she’s able to “just feel it.” Larsson’s ability to convey that mix of youthful confidence and emotional intensity helped make her one of Europe’s biggest new music stars while she was still in her teens. Born in 1997 in a suburb of Stockholm, Larsson first found fame in Sweden when her performance of Céline Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” clinched her victory on a TV talent show at the age of 10. After leaving school to focus on her music full time, she released her debut album, 1, in 2014, which topped the charts throughout Scandinavia and landed her a U.S. record deal. By the time she was scoring international hits alongside British rapper Tinie Tempah on “Girls Like” and guesting on David Guetta’s “This One’s for You,” she was fast developing beyond the familiar dance-pop templates and demonstrating a boldness that evoked Beyoncé and Rihanna, two of her biggest influences. (She paid tribute to another inspiration a few years later when she released a sumptuous cover of Robyn’s “With Every Heartbeat.”) “Never Forget You,” a thrilling collaboration with British singer and producer MNEK that also marked Larsson’s first songwriting effort, became her first major U.S. success. Together with the album So Good, the song established the power and allure of Larsson’s sleek yet impassioned brand of EDM-powered pop. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2015 05 Never Forget You (MNEK & Zara Larsson) -1- MILLIONAIRE 2016 03 Lush Life -2- MILLIONAIRE 2016 05 Girls Like (Tinie Tempah feat. 5. Missed the top 40 this week? David Guetta and Cedric Gervais A Better World Non-album single Released: 13th June 2025 Label: Warner Music UK Video Biography From his early days playing Chicago house in French discotheques to his long reign atop the pop charts, David Guetta has revolutionised dance music multiple times. Born in Paris in 1967, he began DJing in the late ’80s, when the shimmery sound known as the French touch was taking shape. By the early 2000s, at his F*** Me I’m Famous parties in Ibiza, he had translated that melodic style into a clever merger of pop sass and club swagger. He parlayed that mix into pure platinum with hits like 2002’s “Just a Little More Love”—a sultry bump-and-grind featuring R&B singer Chris Willis—and 2003’s “Just for One Day”, an energy-stoking rework of David Bowie’s “Heroes”. Along with a knack for killer hooks, that versatility would become one of Guetta’s principal calling cards. As EDM exploded across pop culture at the end of the 2000s, his shape-shifting style led the way, yielding ecstatic affirmations (“When Love Takes Over”, featuring Kelly Rowland), feisty come-ons (“Sexy Bitch”, guest-starring Akon) and unstoppable sing-alongs (Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling”, which he produced). Since then, his collaborations with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Rihanna and Justin Bieber have kept listeners guessing even as his choruses—as triumphant as a bottle of bubbly blowing its top—have proven one of pop’s most dependable pleasures. He has always thrived when working with the chandelier-shaking voice of Australian pop star Sia, scoring a long run of hits that includes 2018’s simmering ballad “Flames”. As a highly selective hired gun, meanwhile, his exploits include elevating Céline Dion’s peerless voice to new heights on 2019’s “Lying Down”, a bold co-write with Sia and co-producer Giorgio Tuinfort. And if you think his long-cemented superstar status would keep him from accepting new remix assignments, think again: Guetta continues to dramatically reshape such fellow heavy-hitters as U2, Megan Thee Stallion, Coldplay and BTS. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History David Guetta 2002 46 Love, Don't Let Me Go (feat. 6. Afternoon all! As always, NO SPOILERS PLEASE!
  7. We'll have to agree to disagree but I don't think you'd get Mystical Magical, Wanted Man, Mr Electric Blue, etc on the first album, or his earlier EPs! He's committed to the 80s vibe on this album, and he's definitely leaned into the Freddie Mercury inspirations in his aesthetic and performances.
  8. This is fantastic!! Baffled as to why it's not on the album? The rollout's feeling a little messy, given the album also has the solo version of YIPPEE-KI-YAY and not the T-Pain version that got pushed as a single.
  9. Summer is here!
  10. Love the album on first play! Been hyped for Mr Electric Blue since he played a clip of it at the concert I went to last November and it hasn't disappointed. Wanted Man is amazing as well! I also think the vision is clear, and his sound has developed a lot since album 1, only the ballads would have worked on Fireworks & Rollerblades.
