  1. Heard Cheers on the radio for the first time yesterday. Not one person in the crowded car I was in gave a damn about it. Clarifying, AMERICAN radio.
  2. UK top 20 based on her other singles from this era. I just can't see it breaking top 10. US top 10 because no matter what she does, she seems to end up continuing her streak. Not only that, radio is going to LOVE this song.
  3. Just as LFN was surely a future #1. :(
  4. VERY much agreed.
  5. 09 I'm The Best <-- Always have loved this song. The chorus is incredibly catchy 10 Roman's Revenge [Ft. Eminem] <-- Really solidified her as a presence in rap for me, Eminem's verse doesn't hurt either 06 Did It On'em <-- Expected better from both Bangladesh and Nicki 08 Right Thru Me <-- Barely overplayed for me, still not old 03 Fly [Ft. Rihanna] <--Not quite my least favorite track, but it's SO overrated 10 Save Me <-- Sang karaoke to this once and I'm a straight male :kink: 10 Moment 4 Life [Ft. Drake] <-- May be my favorite song on the album 10 Check It Out [Ft. will.i.am] <-- SO CATCHY. 09 Blazin' [Ft. Kanye West] <-- Kanye really makes the track for me 07 Here I Am <-- Short and slightly forgettable, but not bad 07 Dear Old Nicki <-- Has only recently started to grow on me 08 Your Love <-- Still love the sample and the "you're the illest" part 02 Last Chance [Ft. Natasha Bedingfield] <-- Can't stand this. Bonus tracks: 11 Super Bass [Ft. Ester Dean] <-- Was one of my all-time favorites back when the album was RELEASED. BEFORE it was a single. 07 Blow Ya Mind <-- Not her worst, but a little standard 06 Muny <-- Also a little hard to listen to 07 Girls Fall Like Dominoes <-- Kinda got old for me, pretty quickly, too
  6. This has grown on me immensely. Wish Calvin actually got airplay in America...
  7. Well look at that, completely forgot about airplay. I'd say it's a shoo-in for top 20 next week given its top 10 placement on iTunes plus airplay.
  8. Is Rehab really one of the most popular songs of the week? Sure, it's being downloaded a lot because of her death, but it's dropping like a stone as the initial shock wears down. Rehab was one of the most popular songs of the week when it peaked at #9, because it was being promoted, it was on the radio, and it was new. That's what Billboard shows. Because of its rules, we don't have 20-odd year old songs going top 10 or even number one for weeks (Fast Car, Killing in the Name, In the Air Tonight) and recurring songs that will NEVER go away and stop new acts from charting. (Chasing Cars, I Gotta Feeling, every song from Glastonbury) Thus, Billboard is not meaningless, and it does represent the 100 most popular songs of the week.
  9. Honestly shocked that Britney isn't top 10 yet. ** 47 Jay-Z & Kanye West Featuring Otis Redding - Otis (NEW) <-- How did it get that many downloads in 3 days?? 71 60 AfroJack Featuring Eva Simons - Take Over Control <-- :o Never expected that... ** 68 Drake - Marvin's Room (NEW) <-- CLIMB. 97 85 Adele - Someone Like You <-- CLIMB. ** 88 Big Sean Featuring Kanye West & Roscoe Dash - Marvin & Chardonnay (NEW) <-- CLIMB. (My personal chart is invading the Hot 100  )
  10. Y'know, I THOUGHT it reminded me of something! Great catch!
  11. I've heard that the album is being billed to the two of them as "The Throne"...?
  12. Two words: Michael Jackson. Anyone remember his posthumous album? It was terrible, and expectedly so; the songs just didn't have the input of the artist. Without Amy around, I'm afraid of mediocre tracks on an album far different than what she would have envisioned. Then again, the album sounds like it was much farther along than Michael's ever was, so I may be wrong. I'm just hesitant on this one.
  13. Otis is a step up from H.A.M. definitely but it hasn't quite grown on me yet. Eagerly awaiting the Swizz Beatz-produced songs, as well as liftoff. The album should turn out pretty good.
  14. Why hasn't Marvin's Room shot up yet? Only at #35...
  15. Adele NEEDS a video for SLY to even do moderately well in America now that it's her second single. Better late than never, I always say.
  16. I've always like Highway Unicorn (Road to Love). It could do with a radio edit better than the poor mess that was given to TEOG, though. Ride ride, pony, ride ride.
  17. Billboard seems to say it's official, this is the first I've heard of it actually being a single over here, though. Not sure how well this will do. Skyscraper gives me hope for it making the top 10 at least, but most ballads never make it past the top 20 trap nowadays.
  18. Someone Like You finally re-enters the Hot 100 this week at #97. We're so behind here in America...
  19. Penguin! :o
  20. It really has hurt her pretty badly, I'll be surprised if she debuts top 10 at this rate.
  21. ^Hopefully will.i.am didn't. His production skills have gotten incredibly lazy. REALLY looking forward to these. Have no idea how the Nicki Minaj and Timbaland/Dev tracks will turn out, but they have the potential to be incredible!
  22. Someone explain why Booty Wurk is this high, it's been a free download on his twitter for literally AGES. It's not like it's even that great of a song, either. Skyscraper really isn't connecting for me. I don't know why, but I just don't enjoy it as much as everyone else on here. It's a good song, but her vocals kill it for me.
  23. Really frustrating to see the top 10 so stale. Top 6 are non movers and only ET really dropped, the rest just went up a place because of it.
  24. To Binge has recently been revived for me. :) Wonderful track.
