There's about a 3rd of people who are probably true blue Tories, so knocking the Tories 3% below that is quite impressive.

Traditionally the difference is an album is an official release by the artist whereas a mixtape is an official release by fans (in the cassette, CD days) I'm not sure where we went to artists calling official releases mixtapes
