Is this a new record for the most drop outs from the singles chart?

Do the weekly charts list the full top 200 (for the years where this existed)?

It's been mentioned that only 10 streams count per user per day on a streaming service. Is there a similar rule regarding sales and downloads? If a rich person decided to buy/download thousands of copies of their favourite song one week, in the hope of getting it to number one, would it work?

Paul Kelly's Christmas Train is being released on the 19th Nov.

I notice Montero isn't included on the list for question 1. Did no one think of it?!

Could someone explain to me how this is calculated? According to the charts I have looked at, Stay is no 1 on UK Spotify, Girls Want Girls is no 1 on Apple Music, Cold Heart is no 1 on iTunes, and Bad Habits is no 1 on Youtube. So how does Shivers end up being a considerable amount above all of these overall?
