Sugababes ● General Discussion
I watched an old interview the girls during the Angels era around the time Round Round was released and Heidi mentioned that they wrote/recorded about 40 tracks for the album, so I wonder why they never used more of them as B-Sides for the remaining singles besides Groove?
-
All Around the World [OT20 - Demo]
It makes me wonder how Angels would've turned out had this gone through being the lead single. I'm guessing they would still do some upbeat tracks but it would be more of a continuation of OT with tracks like Groove Is Goin On, Breathe Easy, Stronger, Just Don't Need This and Shape?

Keisha One Touch Q&A
Yep I hope when they go back into the studio, they can work with him again!

Keisha One Touch Q&A
So Keisha said that alot of the tracks they did with Don-E after signing with London were shelved.

Amazon Exclusive! - One Touch 20th Anniversary Edition
I was able to find a post it about from October 2001 on the old website Sugababes UK. 8th October 2001: It's official the Sugababes have departed from London/Warner records. This has nothing to do with the departure of Siobhan from the band. "The contract with the record company had ended and the record company decided not to renew it" a close source told Sugababes UK. Rumour has it that the Sugababes already have a new contract and a possible album track maybe called "The Word" but this has yet been confirmed. I hate that Flash is now defunct because I really wanna see that press release!

One Touch - 20th Anniversary Re-Issue
I often wondered why the remix to Little Lady Love was released as a B-Side instead of the original, I'm guessing it was probably an error? I also wonder if the song was supposed to be on the final tracklist like Sometimes but was removed last minute.

One Touch potential singles
That's a hard cause all are lovely remixes, but if I were to choose I'd say One Touch (C.R.E.A.M Remix) and Just Let It Go (2001 Version) as a double A-Side.

Listen Through ~ One Touch 20th Anniversary Edition
Here's my review of the demos and remixes 1.Sometimes: I'm very glad that they included this on the re-issue, I really love the reggae instrumental along with the vocal arrangements. 2.This Is What You Need: A straight up bop!!! from the time I heard the snippet I knew this would be my favorite out of the demos and honestly this has become one of my favorite Sugababes tracks in general, really reminiscent of something from the early 80s electro-funk ala Zapp/Roger Troutman. I could totally see this being a B-Side back in the day had it been on their single releases. 3.Girls' Nite Out: I really love the instrumental it is so late 90s and the lyrics are so pure and innocent. I can't lie the somewhat muffled talking bits cracked me up especially the parts about Keisha and the "Sisqo wannabe". 4.Always Be The One: I had a gut feeling by the title that this was the song that Keisha had shared on her Snapchat a few years ago. I will say I love all three of the girls's vocals on the track but the song is very middle of the road and reminds of me something Mariah probably would've recorded. 5.The Other Side: This may be my 2nd favorite out of all the demos!! This honestly should've made the final tracklisting and could've easily fit between Promises and Run For Cover. TBH it could've been easily a solo track for Siobhan on Revolution In Me. 6.All Around The World: A bop!!! the chorus gives off vibes of Kool & The Gang along with Earth, Wind & Fire. The disco/house instrumental is something I never expected 1.0 to record a song like this. Hopefully Heidi's version will surface one day. 7.Run For Cover (MNEK Remix): Such a great remix even though I haven't replayed it as much and MNEK's verse really fits with the song. 8.Overload (Majestic Remix): Out of the 2 new Overload mixes, this is honestly my favorite one it has such a nostalgic feeling and could've honestly fit onto the original Overload Single CD IMO. 9.Same Old Story (Blood Orange Remix): I have such mixed feelings regarding this mix, I do like the fact that an album track had been chosen as a new remix but after the nice piano intro it just feels very bland and hollow. 10.Overload (Metronomy vs. TATYANA Remix): Yeah I didn't care much for this remix, the pre-chorus just ruins it for me. 11.Just Let It Go (2001 Version): I was so surprised to find out that this track was going to a potential single and this version goes hard I love the additional vocals and the new drums but I do wish that the flamenco strings were kept in. 12.Soul Sound (Alternative Mix): This alternative mix is just... wow I never expected this mix to be totally different from the finalized version of the song and it definitely should have been added to the Soul Sound single back in the day. When the girls get the chance to tour I would love for them to perform this version. 13.Real Thing (2-Step Radio Mix): I wonder if this track was lined up to be a single at one point as well, I've become such a fan of UK Garage/2-Step in the past year and I really enjoyed this mix.

All Around the World [OT20 - Demo]
A straight up bop!! I'm so glad we finally got to hear the track cause the title had been floating around for years. It makes me wonder how the Angels album would have sounded like had this been the lead and they never recorded FLM.

"They recorded a couple of tracks but the one they're eyeing up for release is a filthy number. It'll surprise because it's so adult orientated.") Catfights & Spotlights 1.Everyone Nose [N.E.R.D cover] (Mentioned in The Guardian in October of 2008, "The Sugababes are going to cover this song and flip it, change the chorus from "All the girls wait in line for the bathroom", and make it about guys. In fact, all we have left to do now is put the vocals in. Don't get me wrong, we like the song. It pokes fun at the sleazy side of going out, but it still makes out like there's something worse about the way girls behave when they go out and go a bit crazy than when guys do. As if when girls do it, it's automatically gross, but with guys it's just a laugh. Hopefully we'll be able to make this point on our version") 2.Hot Under The Collar (Written by Keisha Buchanan, Karen Poole, Pontus Winnberg, Christian Karlsson & Henrik Jonback. Registered on multiple publishing databases) Sweet 7 1.Killa On The Run (Written by Bruno Mars, Phillip Lawrence & Ari Levine) "Freedom" Sessions [2011] 1.Hard (Proposed 2nd single after Freedom)

Amazon Exclusive! - One Touch 20th Anniversary Edition
All Around The World is a bop!!! No wonder it was going to be the lead single from Angels at first now I'm curious to hear Heidi's mix of it The Other Side gives me Portishead/Massive Attack/Alanis Morissette vibes and would've fit perfectly between Promises and Run For Cover!!
-
Amazon Exclusive! - One Touch 20th Anniversary Edition
Oh wow so "The Word" does exists!! I thought that was a title mix up with All Around The World, I listened to an old podcast Miranda did in 2015 and she mentioned prior to Round Round they did a track called "Don't Wake Up".
