BUNTE: You affect so feminine...
ANASTACIA: Oh, thanks. You see, I turned into a woman infront of the eyes of my fans. It took a long time until I accepted my feminity. In my business everyone expect that artists show Sex-Appeal. Primarily I ruffled up against it. Meanwhile I feel that I have a lot of fun with express this side of myself.
BUNTE: Glasses were your trendmark for a long time. Did you want to hide your femaleness?
ANASTACIA: Yes, that could be true. But unconsciously. Because without glasses I was blind as a bat. Men were saying: 'Oh you look as sexy like a secretary.'
BUNTE: And now you did fashion for s.Oliver.
ANASTACIA: The idea to design qualitative high class commodity for an affordable charge I found challenging. The contract is running for four years, and every year 10 new collections will come into shops.
BUNTE: What do you wear privat?
ANASTACIA: Jeans, Shirts and fantastic shoes. With them I feel most well.
BUNTE: What do you have in your wardrobe?
ANASTACIA: 40 purses, 100 jeans and 200 pairs of shoes.
BUNTE: You always affect so much easy-going and clarified. Do you really have comprehension for everything?
ANASTACIA: Not for dishonesty. Every truth is better than a lie. I can exactly say if somebody is lying.
BUNTE: Did you never lie to your mom?
ANASTACIA: Once - and then never ever! My mum plugged a piece of soap into my mouth, pulling me on my hair on a chair where I had to sit for an hour and brood over my lie.
BUNTE: Your dad to whom you weren't in contact for years, died one year ago. Do you want to talk about it?
ANASTACIA: No, because I can't say anything positive about him. Only one thing: He never really was like a father for me.
BUNTE: What did he do to you?
ANASTACIA: He knew that he have 2 kids, me and my sister. But he took his choice to pay no attention to us. I'm thankful because without him I wouldn't be on this earth. But I didn't want to make him to a part of my future.
BUNTE: Do you have feelings of guilt because of him?
ANASTACIA: No, I'm not mad at him. But the song 'Left Outside Alone' I wrote to seclude.
BUNTE: You give the impression of a strong woman. Are there also weak moments?
ANASTACIA: Yes, but I don't let them come too closely.
BUNTE: You were diagnosed with breastcancer. How much changed your life because of that?
ANASTACIA: I'm more active than ever. I love to walk, soon I will learn to play tennis and make my diving license. In addition I adore Yoga.
BUNTE: Do you avoid something since your illness?
ANASTACIA: No, nothing, because in my eyes there was no reason for my illness. Indeed doctors say breastcancer could be stress related and environmental. But I'm not afraid of life.
BUNTE: Do you suddenly feel differently as a woman with that illness?
ANASTACIA: I never felt less as a woman because of breastcancer. Of course it's strange if I look at the mirror today and see my operationscar. But I'm glad that cancer was discovered at an early stage.
BUNTE: Do you have contact with Sheryl Crow and Kylie Minogue, who also suffered from breast cancer?
ANASTACIA: No, but I pray for both. Not everyone who have breastcancer become a friend, join a club or share the experience.

ANASTACIA: To think at much positiv as possible. We could die everyday in a different way, through a car accident or an airplane crash. Live everday respectfully.
BUNTE: Did you fear after your operation to meet with men?
ANASTACIA: Yes, the first time was very weird. Because I didn't know how a man react, if he would see me naked. I want to feel confident that my partner feels arguably, that he amused himself and not abscond at the first sight of my breast. So far I always was lucky. All of my boyfriends, even ex-boyfriends are friends for lifetime.
BUNTE: Do you have again a new boyfriend?
ANASTACIA: Yes, but I don't want to talk about that. I'm not an expert if it goes about partnerships. There are things which loose soul if you put them out.
