Oh ok ;) hope ya will watch out next time :teresa: I recently had a special kinda physio (female of course!) who helped me train my pelvic floor -_- anyway she concluded I have a neurological problem in that erea ... duhuh some nerves got ripped off back in '94 ... I could have saved her the trouble LOL am not going to the guym anymore :( dont have the stamina ... first gotta be better as in healthy ..... *sigh* IF me virus will be gone then I'll start gymming like a stormtrooper ..... somewhere in 2011 :P

@Jups: congrats wif the weightloss :cheer: am hoping to loose weight again in Spring ;) have to take another combi therapy then :( it will fly off then ... anyway that did it last time when I used that stuff ..... @Ossy: no physio? shudn't ya? or did ya some extraordinary exercises wif ur leg and hurt ur hamstring that way? :huh: and girls: wasps and spiders are very useful creatures ..... better not kill em LOL
