I'm sorry let me get this straight, he was is prison before for sexually assaulting a 6 year old then when he gets released he does the same to a 3 year old? He should NOT have been let out the first time, now he's done it again he gets 5 years? How is that justice? When he gets out he will do the same to another child, it can NOT happen again... I'm all for getting rid of them, they are scum, they can NOT do this to children or anyone, the victim will remember this but he'll look back on it and think nothing of it, we should not have to pay to keep him alive in prison, I say get rid..it's one less peado in the world.. When you look at it tho let them out.. let all prisoners out, let them walk the streets, killing people, raping children, adults...oh wait they are running free due to stupid judges who only give 3 years if you kill someone, and in his case 5 for him raping a 3 year old...it's a joke..
