How realistic do you think they will come together and make 2026 tour happen? Because at this point, it doesn't look like it. Who can the three of them convince to join the tour for the last hurrah, Geri or Victoria? I'd prefer Victoria (as I already went to 2019 tour) but I'd know she doesn't want to unless she wants to show her daughter how awesome a popstar mummy used to be.

Well, Geri showed up at the F1 event thing today so really she dgaf about yesterday lol.

I think everything was lacking for Stop for it to stumble the way it was. The artwork being a year old, same album edit, nothing to offer for the actual fans to buy when they already have the album. That was their lowest first week sales (before Holler/ LLLTW replaced it but still went to number one). They had so many iconic photoshoots for Spiceworld but they used older photos for Too Much and Stop singles were really weird choices.

Come to think of it, Geri had never attended any of the girls weddings lol so that tradition continues.

"This Groove/ Let Your Head Go" - of course. She really deserved that number one that week. Plus, I think it would likely push her and Telstar to release the second album in that spring (before they went bankrupt).

Had they saved Walk of life as a b-side for Stop instead, would it have sold more the first week?

I was set to give Victoria her deservedly number one so all of them could have number one but then I decided to go with Stop. I think that number two changed the whole course of the spice girls history. Mostly Geri wouldn’t have left right in the middle of the tour if she saw signs that the girls’ popularity was waning. Plus, ten number one straight.

Just tour the world next year (even just the four of them) for the 30th and then they can do whatever after. Like, this is literally the perfect way to end their legacy.

Weird how it became so popular on streaming when our girls’ answer to it (Holler) doesn’t get any respect at all! Holler is so underrated I just don’t get it.

I’m starting to think it’s a mistake for them to get back with Simon. He’s been spewing really terrible ideas since he got sacked in 1997 and this adds on top of it. Sometimes it feels like he doesn’t understand how people want to see the girls because of them. Like when he thought that he would replace Geri with a new girl, holding worldwide competition (basically became American Idol show) and the animation (that now didn’t go anywhere).

Oh well, I was excited and ready to buy lol.

From the Christmas tour 99? i think that's the original demo one. Darkchild remixed it, along with RBAY, in July 2000 but it didn't work so they recorded Wasting My TIme as the final track instead.
