A backhoe was actually used by the apartment complex to move a lot of the snow so we could get out and about....felt nice Monday afternoon to go out and buy some groceries to restock some stuff here....

Had just over 30 inches of snow from the storm that hit Friday late afternoon.....now to shovel out.....

Sad about all the celebrity deaths of late, including Glen Frey from the group The Eagles on Monday this week....weather people here are having a hard time predicting just how much snow is going to hit my locale this upcoming weekend....forecast amounts are all over the place, ranging from 8 to as much as 40 inches....they say they'll have a better idea by tonight how much is on the way....

Happy Christmas to the Robbie forum from me, as well.....enjoy the day, lads and ladies....I'll be offline a few days meself for a few days, starting tomorrow, as I begin a 1020 mile solo drive for a temporary job slated to last 13 weeks, with potential to be extended out to a total of 6 months...will have to set up something in the staffing agency - provided apartment on my own for internet and telly...one should see all the stuff packed into my car currently, with more to come, I'm needing to take with for this job in way of clothing and apartment supplies not provided...

Not being the avid footy fan many of you others are, I think Leicester has just a good a shot as any other team in the top half of the table, at this stage, to finish on top of the table come the end of the season. That said, I think they'll inevitably finish second come May. Who knows what'll happen between now and May, but one can hope they'll keep their heads above water from January onwards, and avoid any major player injuries....

In going through some of their videos on youtube, it seems to me now as The Skids are more New Romantic than punk, by rights... That said, a couple of songs to try and listen to are Masquerade, Charade, Working For the Yankee Dollar.....
