Thanks dazzey, so it sounds like this is the last release before the album is released, with Thank You single plus video after the album is out. It fits with LR, LAR and Brave Man being the ones with times against them on iTunes weeks ago.

Attitude magazine 7/10 We're always keen for the success of a Will Young album, since he and we go back a long time, but we were a tad thrown upon first hearing his comeback single Love Revolution. It's a foot stomping, Motown-esque track built upon Tomcrafts 2002 hit Loneliness, which finds Will in much the same territory as he himself was in that same year. Reader, we fretted. But the rest of the album tells a different story. Elsewhere he's writing more honestly, about his own life and loves, following on the same musical path as his previous album Echoes, with that album's producer Jim Eliot (?) - whose work with Ellie Goulding also hints through. Will channels epic synth-pop of Hurts on Brave Man and Like A River, without sounding too try-hard, and both songs are among the most personal lyrically. Joy is a track that recalls Kylie All The Lovers -and with about as much lyrical content - but it's a fun pop song all the same. Thank You is a track that's got the feel of a modern Take That doing some old school Beatles, and it's on point for Will. The album hangs together well, and it's a good solid offering from Will after a couple of years away, but it doesn't smash the mould from which we're used to hearing his music cast. Nevertheless it's become a regular fixture on the Attitude iPod, and we're very happy to see this great British male back on the scene alongside newbies like Sheeran and Smith.

The interview on Metro/TFM in the early hours was pretty good. Covered a lot of topics though it was a pain waiting for it. Will said he was going to work with this album over the next two years, that was when the album would come alive, and he'd be touring it here and around the world.

I very much like the video and the song. The musical arrangement is first class.

Better on splash fm. Played LRN. He's talked about cooking for nine, dishes he does are spag Bol, chicken roast, pork chops with pears. The usual about it being 13 years since winning PI. The host tried to get him into talking about which other reality shows he'd been invited on to over the years but he sidestepped well to talk about the music. Spent a few minutes talking about Cabaret, the Emcee etc. Playing music now so he'll be back.

I'm listening but not impressed by the hosts, they sound like typical breakfast show hosts.

Yes I saw those plays too Sunday. I was very pleased for the GN and DOL plays. Hopefully Chris Evans will be playing it too a few times during next week too. :cheer:

Great to hear him again talking and singing again. :yahoo: I thought the first song was good on the first listen, will need to hear the second more, probably understated with it being performed acoustically.

I saw Radio 2 had played LR yesterday so hunted it down. It was the Jo Whiley show so had a listen: "While we're in a bit of a dance frenzy kind of mood we thought we'd play this, the return of a man that we're very fond of on the show, he's been a great co- host in the past, his name is Will Young, he's back with this, Love Revolution." Afterwards "Yay, he's back, he's got an album coming out, it's called 85% Proof, 25 May is when you can hear that, Will Young and his Love Revolution. Quite a few returns, so we have Will which is sooner than later..." :cheer:

Well spotted dazzey! He said we'd be hearing more tracks soon so it fits with that information. Guess we will have to wait and see.
