Love his speaking voice almost as much as his singing voice. Didn't he keep Shakira off the no 1 slot? Or did she keep him off it - can't quite remember now!

That's fantastic. At least if it doesn't trouble the singles chart it will still qualify as a radio hit. And deservedly so imho.

I suppose I remember all the CM interviews on R1 and the live lounge stuff - which was superb every time. Just seems odd they can recognise his talent in that context but not support his music. Particularly with this release! Must be very constricting for them to only play what's considered cool - particlarly when we know that doesn't always equal quality!

Ahem, southerner here but born in Yorkshire and parents hailed from Geordie Land so can I be an honorary northerner! I don't really get listen to the radio that often but why the change with Will? R1 used to be big supporters and I'm surprised at their lack of support. Very odd and I wonder how they justify it. Sure it's not just Will by the way so not being paranoid.
