Marguerite, that was one of the things I noticed when I went to the VE Day concert - the cheer that went up for him was amazing - we were just a tiny part of that crowd day :) I think it was the first time it really hit home to me how popular he actually is across such a broad range of people :wub: By the way, loving the MHP pic "sigh"

Completely agree Tillywhim, really bemused by it. I've seen the OS getting slagged off far worse on Devoted than anything that was said on here, appears that's ok then :wacko: Anyway, can't be bothered so moving on - my moan, just got in, kicked off shoes ready to relax and THEN realised I haven't voted yet - bother :angry:

Quite frankly I'm beginning to wonder where the fun is in all this is anymore. It's all become ridiculously over the top. Thank god the internet only forms a small part of his fan base because at this rate we'll have all torn each other to shreds by the time he's ready to release again :(

I must admit I do miss the fun on Dev and the serious discussions there used to be (not the slanging matches by the way) but I don't post very often these days although I still read. There does seem to be a different atmosphere and I'm not really sure when it crept in or even what it is exactly although the high moral tone taken at times is definitely a factor for me personally. I for one was very grateful for KP's balanced and fair guide to posting stuff from other sites. The other thing I find really irritating is the inferred "I know something" type posts. Either post it if you can share it or don't say anything at all if you can't - all that does is just make people feel left out of the loop - or maybe that's the intention! I do think though that when he is ready to release the next album both Dev and the OS will pick up, we just need something to focus on and new music to discuss, not to mention new pics to drool over :wub:

With thanks to Lulu on Devoted - from Sunday Mirror WILL Young's lovelife is on the up. I can report he has reunited with former flame Conor. They split in February when Will was in Manchester performing in The Vortex play. But now Will, 28, is back in London writing a new album and has more time for dancer Conor. I saw them at Mark Ronson's album launch party and one of Wills' pals said: "Will's barely left Conor's side this week". Awww :wub: And :cheer: writing new album :cheer: I know we knew already but still it's nice to see it in print ;)
