Yeah you can't knock Rihanna she might not be for all generations hut she's definitely the one of my generation. Even if her songs aren't that authentic they certainly have made an impact and have stuck their time. I also think the general public would prefer Rihanna to Gaga. The song itself had a video was played on Radio stations here in the UK. Was on most playlists on Spotify and had heavy TV rotation. Was also in the charts for a while. Not sure what more could warrant a single without 'officially' declaring it.
