I will say it again even though the poor sales this album is incredible and is my second favourite from him (his debut ((memories)) is sensational)
  2. Would love a big acoustic / big pop ballad era 😍 this year started off so well for music but quickly deteriorated to one of the worst in the summer
  3. Ellie Goulding is releasing in early 2025 a new era and I'm hoping that she gains some bigger traction than the last album - long shot but I'm still happy she is releasing. I think Gaga, Miley, Harry, Chappel will have big years. I think we will continue to see less UK artists and acts like Becky and Dua will continue to struggle to gain past momentum and Raye will remain a one hot wonder. Folk music will continue to grow and be popular
  4. Without the spoken parts this potentially would have been the best produced versionz hope they release a version without it
  5. This is actually really quite a lot better than what I was expecting
  6. Reform will win next election

All the best albums from popular artists are usually (not katy) the worst performing this is no different
  8. Very questionable as to if it's live or not

Omg hype, better late than never but... why so late???
  10. Yes absolutely fantastic! Happy to have witnessed it live. Watching the tv viewing really did leave me thinking how on earth Cheryl was ever the one to go on to be the big pop girl (albeit fake engineered from the popularity of x factor at the time) but nadine and even Nicola completely outshine
  11. I absolutely love it as a fan but from a perspective of a non fan it's not mixed very well at all is it? Considering technology these days I'm sure they could have done a lot better with the old recording of Sarah's voice

I've come to the conclusion bar Hallelujah this is in my top 3 albums this year it's absolutely stunning as a whole piece to just listen to. Reminds me of Lorde Solar Power / Midnights Taylor it just all beautifully flows

This album is actually divine, sonically all together it fits this season. Relaxing and strongly cohesive. Has no chance of being a commercial success but at least he's made a very strong album of actual music
  14. That's the most random collaboration, and I dont like it lol
  15. The acoustic version is truly abysmal, christ
  16. The programme tells the story of Band Aid’s potent legacy, with contributions from producers Midge Ure, Trevor Horn, Nigel Godrich, Paul Epworth and Pete Waterman, along with Bob Geldof and those who have participated in the versions recorded in the last forty years, including Bono, Fran Healy, Sting, Phil Collins, Keren Woodward, Sara Dallin, Cathy Dennis, Rita Ora, Seal, Jason Donovan, Marti Pellow, Will Young, Tom Chaplin, Ellie Goulding, Lisa Stansfield, Justin Hawkins and Olly Murs
  17. I ga e up watching week 1 this year absolutely none of them.are likeable, shame last year's was superb
  18. First single rate thread?
  19. Both they cater the same but different audiences st the same time
  20. Tbh I don't care if something is a massive hit or not, what I care about is having material released. I'm enjoying how happy she is releasing music again, long may it continue
  21. It's a hit!
  22. She really has in the past month smashed my expectations beyond relief. When I saw Taylor getting constant numbers like this (even with a million songs) I never expected gaga to ever het close. But here we are and with mostly classic songs doing the heavywork
  23. This song defines my love for music. Very much the song of the millennial still in my opinion
  24. Agreed lovely song this
  25. Oh wow that might be one of my favourites of hers
