Tbh when Simon chose his overs I thought he was throwing them under the bus then. It was like he picked the worst 3 because he wanted someone in another category to win! Although people seem to be liking Max now which I wasn't expecting

Not shocked about Keira but very surprising the two boys. Seann voice is amazing but probably better Mason stayed. How on earth did Anton survive? The British public and their sympathy voting lol

No offence but how many adverts put at the bottom who the song is sung by? It doesn't take much to find out with social and other media these days (it been all over my timeline and I don't follow Fleur fans) They give huge boosts to songs. Does it say "by AURORA" at the bottom of the John Lewis ad? Because I haven't seen it. Point is its been in people's heads for weeks so even if they don't find out who is as soon as the song is out the connection will be made.

I haven't watched regularly this year so just based on what I saw last week and tonight. For me Che has the best voice by a country mile but not sure what they can do with him. Image will be a problem. Louisa seems to be the chosen one this year, she is vocally extremely talented but she can be shouty and has to be careful of not giving "too much" all the time and people get fed up with it a la Andrea last year. Less is more sometimes etc. And just an overall comment, its always been the same but I think its such a shame when they take someone like Monica through who has a stunning voice and individuality and make them into a cruise ship singer like they did tonight. So many talented people go by the wayside because of stupid themes. they should scrap themes in my opinion. They are always on about "showing the artist you will be outside the show" So why make people with rock voices sing Whitney and such nonsense? Feel a bit sorry for Keira as I saw her IWALY performance which was fantastic but transferring to the lives she just looks awkward and if she doesn't go this week, she will very shortly. Poor song choices for her. Seann's voice is incredible also and I think he will end up in the West End. Not sure why the fuss with Fourth Impact, pretty poor first half of the performance tonight but they are favoured with the judges so I can see them in the final but not winning.

I agree and there is room for both to do well. (al la Alexandra and JLS when they were first and second respectively) They completely messed up Ben's release date and released his song with no promo in the first two weeks etc. Hardly going to go Top Ten when nobody but die hard fans have seen him for almost a year plus no streaming OA/OS etc etc. I thought he actually did pretty well on fan base buys considering. Whether they can't be bothered and he put all his eggs in Fleur's basket (oo-eer) or they just messed it up is another story. Ben is very marketable. I am interested to see if they is any good promo for his album release week.

I didn't say they didn't. I just don't feel the need to mention Ben when Fleur is being talked about or vice versa. It always happens though.

Sorry Joseph but I didn't bring up Fleur, Regina did and we were discussing how people sound. I am quite bored of people comparing the two and how they will do etc. They are so different. I gave my opinion on her song yesterday and wasn't rude in any way and I don't go on her topics and say she's terrible etc all the time just to be negative. In fact I don't think I have ever posted on a thread specifically about her. So I think your comment is a little unfair.

In your opinion. I love his voice on this. As for Fleur, autotune can do wonders :) I think her voice is extremely weak and sounds strained on Sax but I don't feel the need to say so every time she is mentioned. Its just a matter of taste and not fact.

The way the releases have been handled seems to indicate that doesn't it. Well we have seen how fickle Simon can be even if this is the case, who knows how long it lasts. Album sales will be the decider. But if they want to know why people are switching off in droves/losing interest, they only have to look at this kind of thing tbh.

I think she has a good chance the release has been handled much better and the XF performance week of release etc.

I said I was never going to LOVE it :) I just thought it would be better judging from the previews I had heard. Tbh I'm not sure how "live" it will be. I'm sure with the amount of dancing going on, it will be mostly backing track a la Cheryl.

Well I was never a Fleur fan on the show so was never going to LOVE this but even I'm a little disappointed. It seems the best bit was the instrumental bit we kept hearing over and over as a snippet. Her voice is just too strained for me. It will be interesting when she does this live how the rapping bits go as it was terrible on the live final last year.

He did a mini radio tour first week of release. Some Heart regional stations and a few other "minor" ones. No Radio 1/2 or Capital etc though. Just feel like he needs more TV. Yes he had last night but I didn't feel he performed to his best. Its amazing looking at comments last night the amount of people saying "where has he been" when its been out for 3 weeks now.
