There are rumours that Ben is releasing an acoustic version of Second Hand Heart on the 30th October. If this is the case will the sales all count the same like they do when a deluxe version of an album comes out or will it will 2 chart entries? Can any of you clever people confirm? This makes sense as he has been hinting at a "surprise" when he performs it on the show and the first live show will be that weekend.

I didn't rate either but also adore Shape of my Heart. Still my favourite. Backstreets Back was a fantastic pop record.

So it had already been released when she performed it on XF? I can't be certain but I'm pretty sure the first time I heard it was when she performed on live shows.

Fair enough, I didn't really watch the show for a couple of years and lost a bit of interest during the Little Mix year and James Arthur too. I thought the standard was pretty low (personal opinion) and I was annoyed at all the manipulation. I only started watching again regularly when I saw Ben in retrospect last year. The live shows are later than usual though and leaving Ben's release until early November would have been a little late imo. . I'm sure they would have preferred to launch it on the show if possible given the boost it gives.

I cannot compete with you Regina :) I will listen some more, just listened a few times over as one listen to a new song isn't enough to judge it. It gets better each time. Kelly's parts are a bit "country"

I've only listened once (going to again shortly) but I think if Radio gets hold of this its gonna do really well, good on first listen and will grow even more. I love Ben solo parts and I also love Kelly voice (but I always do)

Yes the schedule of the live shows seems to have messed with everything. I don't think the first live show is until the 31st October. Normally the winner releases their single the weekend of that 1st show much earlier in October.
