You seem to be very down on Ben and very sure of yourself on that, which is fine but I prefer to wait and see. He's done very well so far. The single is just off platinum and still hanging around almost 4 months after the show after many around here were predicting every week that he was going to "plummet" as early as the second week on the charts. It will be all dependent on the material. Many were predicting an album of covers too. That is clearly not happening either.

As always its personal taste. When I saw Ben I saw great potential and also great marketability if handled correctly. When I saw Stevie I saw nothing at all, except as I've already stated that the Scots would get behind him and I believe the majority of his votes came from that. I agree Teenagers and Housewives/women are more likely vote. I just think Ben will be far more popular with both than Stevie.

Dour :) Although Andy does have a dry wit which you have to dig VERY deep for. I wouldn't scream at Ben but I definitely would LOL and I know loads of other women who would too :D As I said to Liam check out his twitter fanbase. Very popular with the ladies/girls.

We always disagree eh Liam and yes I know your feelings on Ben :) Ben was popular with Housewives but the difference is he is also very popular with the young as well. As I've said before check out his twitter feed he is loved by women of all ages/a lot of young girls there and Men like him too. Can you honestly see young girls screaming at Stevie like they do Ben? Looks are personal taste but comparing Ben's appeal to Steve is crazy imo. Stevie is a singing Andy Murray!

Stevie's votes? I think its the Scots getting behind him personally. Its the only explanation. I know people like to lump every "white male" winner together but I doubt any young girls will be screaming at Stevie :) I would love to see how many people actually vote on this show. I bet its minute compared to the XF in numbers.

I think you couldn't be more wrong with this. Stevie is beyond awful,no charisma and no looks either. I doubt the single will evenmake Top 40 if he wins. The only comparison is they are both male :) Lucy should win this by a mile, she can have a career. Not a chart one but she could get work. Her voice is beautiful.

I'm sure nobody else cares about this but me :) but I'm glad to see Ben Haenow back in the Top 100 @ #78 today. I really hope he can get platinum sales. About 50 k off atm (judging by Vidcappers estimates etc) Still number #77 on iTunes. After not being bothered really about Sia, I quite enjoyed her performance on the Voice so I hope she gets her Top 10 peak so her army of fans around here will be happy :)

Thanks for saying exactly what goes through my head when I see Olly. Awful. The fact he makes a living as singer when he's utterly awful at actually singing is bad enough but giving him one of the biggest presenting jobs on television? Just no. I will certainly not be watching the show if he is anywhere near it. At least I will have signed off with a great winner last year (imo) and leave the show there. Surely we will eventually find out he's related to Cowell on some way LOL. Its the only explanation for the continuous pushing of someone so mediocre at everything he does. I'm non-plussed about Flack but of the 3 would rather Dermot stayed. I quite liked him.
