  1. OK but plenty of others do that too, in fact Myles Smith released his album in a similar strategy last week, so I don't really get your point lol

Hey Jordan! 1. Gigi Perez – At The Beach, In Every Life [39-1] I haven't heard this but if it's anything like 'Sailor Song' I'm not sure I'll bother 🫢 2. Jessie Murph – Blue Strips Haven't heard this either but I'll check it out! 3. Sombr – Back To Friends [2-3] I'm starting to like this a bit more but it's still nowhere near as good as 'Undressed'! 4. Ed Sheeran – Azizam [10-4] 5. Ariana Grande – Twilight Zone [1-5] 7. Ed Sheeran – Old Phone Good to see two Ed songs in your top 10 - I wonder if 'Sapphire' can join them both next month 8. Ravyn Lenae – Love Me Not [15-3-8] 9. Alex Warren – Ordinary [26-11-7-9] 11. Miley Cyrus – End Of The World [6-11] 13. Sombr – Undressed [9-13] 14. Sonny Fodera & Clementine Douglas – Tell Me [32-12-14] 15. Lorde – What Was That [40-15] 17. Doechii – Anxiety [24-13-17] 18. Lady Gaga – Abracadabra [1-2-4-18] 22. Addison Rae – Headphones On Nice to see this appear. I'm excited to hear her album on Friday 29. Tate McRae – Sports Car [15-10-19-29] 30. Chappell Roan – The Giver [8-5-30] 31. Remember Monday – What The Hell Just Happened? Definitely one of the weakest of our Eurovision entries for a few years! 34. The Weeknd – Cry For Me [2-3-11-34] 35. Benson Boone – Mystical Magical This is a bit of a grower, I was initially very lukewarm about it but I'm quite enjoying it now, even if it's not quite up there with 'Sorry' 36. Sabrina Carpenter – Busy Woman [14-18-36] 37. Benson Boone – Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else [22-17-37] Nice selection!
  3. What are you on about, who said Getaway Car was a cover version? And what's Justin Timberlake got to do with anything?

Just managed to get Saturday tickets for Radio 2's Party in the Park in Chelmsford in September. Bryan Adams is headlining, I've never seen him live so should be good, but more importantly Belinda Carlisle is on the lineup ❤️
  5. I know exactly 2 songs too (both songs that I was considering sending). I'm about halfway through a listen and I've already made a couple of really lovely discoveries
  6. So presumably the 10 songs from part 1, plus 'Ordinary' and 'Bloodline' and 9 new ones.
  7. About time too! In contrast, I've gone for something a little less obvious for my artist for round 3, I've been testing the waters but now I feel like it's time to take a bit of a risk.
  8. Yep, echoing the comments for Calum too, your hard work is not going unnoticed!
  9. Voted!
  10. Sure there's a chance that Sabrina could debut at #1 but it seems to be quite a rare feat to achieve lately, so it will all come down to the quality of the song. Hopefully it's a banger. EDIT: Just read that she's also releasing vinyls which will definitely help the cause!

I'm not really feeling it from that clip but I'll reserve judgment until I hear it in full.
  12. Be my guest, that's not the song I sent 😆
  13. I think we'd literally just be voting between Ruby and two different songs called Diamonds and that's it 🤣
  14. ^ Yeah exactly, and I had to draw the line somewhere! The list of "gold" and "silver" number ones really isn't extensive at all, it would have only added three songs: 'Silence Is Golden' by The Tremeloes (which would have been a bit contentious anyway), Freda Payne's 'Band Of Gold' and 'Silver Lady' by David Soul. Personally I wouldn't have voted for any of those (though I do quite like the Freda song).
  15. One of these exact songs I tried to enter but it had already been taken! And another one of the songs was my next backup! So those two songs will probably score very highly from me 🙂
  16. Completely new era?
  17. MJ now lagging behind in 7th place, looks like it's going to be between All Saints, Chappell, Nena & Eiffel 65!
  18. I couldn't make the Synctube as I play football on a Monday night. Give me the songs!
  19. Tbh you could aim that comment at quite a few people in this round let's hope you pick a better Elton song if you're lucky enough to make it through to the next round!
  20. I have to be honest I thought Tate would slowly fade away following 'Greedy' and 'Exes' and that whole era, but she's been consistently proving me wrong. It's quite impressive that she's had three singles debut top 10 since then, and is looking to do so again!
  21. I flit between Creep and The Drugs Don't Work as my all-time favourite song, so either 33 or 28 years old.
  22. #50 in Monday's mids, wonder if it can go top 40?
  23. I do like 'I'm Good' a lot but surely you can't consider it superior to the original classique?!
  24. MJ vs Chappell atm! I didn't vote for Chappell because it's too recent for me to pit it against timeless classics.
