I was coming to write a very similar post to this but I won't bother now because you have echoed my thoughts perfectly (and more articulately!), this is exactly how I feel. I've always been able to separate art from artist, except in the case of Lostprophets where I massively struggled with it.

Yeah it's actually a pretty decent album. I mean she's NEVER going to top the likes of 'I Turn To You' in her career (that's an 11/10 banger) but this is actually a great effort with some pretty catchy songs and she more than deserves to have a #1 album by this point in her career so I'm rooting for her! I'm also thinking Kneecap will maybe be a little more front-loaded than her? But it's whether they can both hold off Jacko, and I'm doubtful they can. We'll get Wednesday mids this week, right?

Have people on here actually seen it and would recommend it? I was thinking of going but have been put off by the critics' reviews!

You were right! I just listened to the new one she performed, it's very chilled and doesn't sound like a single so I guess it will just be on the album.

That's about right for Alex Warren's new one, it's nowhere near as strong as 'Fever Dream' so I knew it wouldn't debut that high. It'll probably end the week just outside the top 10. Hopefully MadSab can climb a couple of places by Friday.

Hey Jordan! 1 - Well considering only 3 songs have achieved the feat of debuting at #1 in the past 12 years I don't think we'll see another one for a while 2 - Oh you should definitely take a listen, it's quite the banger! The chorus interpolates 'The Best' by Tina Turner. 23 - It is sweet and I thought I'd really get into it but it seems to have plateaued with me already. I think it's a lot weaker than 'Used To Be Young' which I really liked! 28 - Surely she won't be releasing a new song so soon after this! Wouldn't it be more likely for her to be performing 'Drop Dead'? I'm going to try and get tickets next week for her tour btw, my daughter really wants to go! 29 - It's a very solid comeback from him! I think it will probably go Noah > Kacey > Mel. But even top 3 would be a fantastic result for Mel given that no solo Spice album has ever peaked that high!
