Yeah I've not always been a huge fan of theirs but it's a great song, definitely my favourite thing they've done for a while. My chart started in 2008!

Are you sure about that? The first two seem correct but according to Polyhex 'Paparazzi' didn't debut until May? But in any case I never realised that 'Poker Face' made its chart debut only two weeks after 'Poker Face', I have no recollection of that 😮 why would they have been released that close to each other? Or was it that the album came out then?

Yes, an incredible 35 consecutive top 10 hits, I can't see that being broken anytime soon!

I have no idea what the strategy is here - will the better known artists necessarily do better or do I pick a lesser known artist who has great songs? I literally can't decide how it will go but I've chosen and submitted an artist anyway. Should be an fun contest!

It wouldn't be too difficult to work out (just a little time consuming!) - maybe someone will offer? Considering that it was a very rare feat to enter at #1 until the 90s, my guess would be around 30-35%, although I could be way out! I'd be interested to hear what other people would estimate it as off the top of their heads!

Way too soon to drop a new song after MM! surely he's just throwing a song out for Mother's Day*? *Mother's Day everywhere except in the UK, I don't know why they can't just globally standardise it!

'End Of The World' is fine but I'd put it nowhere near her best! 'More To Lose' is pretty forgettable. Very disappointing era for me so far and I'm not excited about the album at all.
