OK it took a few listens but I'm fully into this now. Such a stunning song! Why are we not talking about it more?

They did previously playlist 'Dream Job' by them back in 2023... for 1 week

It's D U multiple Ls, DULLLLLLL Easily his worst single to date!

Yes I gathered that lol

I think it helps that there's some hype around 'Danceteria' and it's widely considered the best song on the album etc.

Did Calvin really need A-listing just because he's Calvin? The song's a dud and doing nothing, they should have just booted him off. It now becomes his 36th A-list entry from his previous 39 singles. Madonna fans will be pleased that they're continuing to support her, though I can't see it advancing to the B-list!

It'll be interesting to see if 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart'' can do anything in light of the sad news of Bonnie's passing.

Thanks Sergej, good to see there's lots you like from my chart this week! Hey dude yourself! With Kesha, 'Praying' actually made #1 for me (but let's call it a low sales week lol) but some of the songs from the early part of her career also hit the top 3. I'd probably rank 'The Cure' slightly higher than mid table in Olivia's singles, but there's still room for it to grow. I'm not feeling 'Stupid Song' as much yet, and 'Drop Dead' remains my favourite of the three. Not feeling Charli's new stuff much, I've only begrudgingly charted SS26! Thanks

@Dan17F1 is there a playlist update for last week?

I can't believe we're still arguing over variants in 2026! It's like the conversation on Buzzjack just goes round in circles

Then it's their own fault for logging on to Buzzjack before watching it. Anyway IT'S COMING HOME! Is 'Three Lions' number one yet?

I don't think Madonna releasing has any impact on it either way, without physicals it's not even going top 100

Hi Seltin! Perry and Lola songs are OK, can't call how well they'll do at this stage. Taylor's is definitely still growing though it's far from her best. 'The Cure' hasn't finished climbing yet, no idea if it will go to #1 or not! Thanks

I mean they've probably got one more era of guaranteed support but I wouldn't be too sure beyond that. Plus they did waver a bit with support for their previous era.

They've been an established act for years, if anything they're coming towards the end of their Radio 1 tenure

Considering the single hasn't really caught on in a big way, what sales do we think Confessions II is going to open with?

Thank you Sergej, good to see there's plenty you like this week

I'm not really feeling this on first listen, I really hope it grows with more listens. The production is great but I wanted more melodies and less spoken parts. 'Bizarre' and 'Read My Lips' however are both brilliant, easily my two standout tracks!

Oh yeah, that's my bad, I hadn't added it to the spreadsheet because it was added retrospectively! Now corrected.

Surprised they didn't add new Benson or Charli, was expecting to see both of those on the playlist this week.
