Oh wow thank you @CowTzy for the 12 points, pushing me up into the top half of the table at the final second!

OCC: RAYE's top 20 biggest songs revealed!
Our brains are definitely wired the same way when it comes to music!

Artists that have two songs with the same name
OMG you're absolutely right, I'm losing the plot! The song I meant to put for them was 'Mother', not 'Closer'! I'll edit my OP. Thanks for noticing my ineptitude

What quiz? And how on EARTH do you remember stuff like that when I can't remember what happened last week, much less what I mentioned in a quiz a few years ago

Artists that have two songs with the same name
I already knew of most of the examples posted but one that hasn't been posted yet is 'Mother' by Travis, one is a B-Side from 1997, the other is an album track from 2013.

Club Bizarre @ The Indie Disco: Voting
I'm not around until later this evening but will catch up with the results when I can. No doubt I'll perform poorly with my amazing song!

Teddy Swims - TBA
Yeah 'The Door' and 'Bad Dreams' were both great but I can't say I'm particularly invested in him as an artist. I wouldn't be surprised if his next album doesn't do too well and he's largely forgotten about in 5 years' time.

OCC: RAYE's top 20 biggest songs revealed!
That's a shame, I'd say 'Bed' is probably my favourite of all her dance collabs, that chorus is so infectious! My favourite of any song by RAYE has to be 'Natalie Don't', but I wasn't expecting to see that anywhere near the top 20.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor: Singles Rate (2026) Results
Wow I had no idea that Gregg had started writing MOTD as early as 1994 or that it was nearly recorded by The New Radicals! Excellent winner, very well deserved, what an absolute classic it is! Thanks for running this @Nina West.

Once again the voting is varying wildly and I can't call who's going to be in trouble! Maybe Bowie?

Buzzjack's Ultimate UK Number 8 Single - The Final - Results
Yes, absolutely this. I do wish 'Rent' had finished higher than 'Suburbia' but both being so close to the top 10 was totally deserved. 'Fade To Grey' is certainly a synth classic and it still sounds great today! 'Family Affair' is a bit of its time I think, and I do find it a little overplayed these days, but it's still fairly iconic and was part of a great run of singles from her. Can we get a list of the top 8 in alphabetical order before we carry on? I can't remember what's left!

Friday Chart Predictions
I'd argue she got her flowers when 'Escapism' hit #1! Charlie Puth is actually #43 today, I guess he'll just about stay top 100?

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Live Show Two: The Ballads of a Broken-Hearted BuzzJack
It's just that the top is supposed to be ranked 1 rather than 13 like everyone else has, so I wasn't sure! I must have missed the "GET THE OLD MAN OUT" comment in the other thread

This post is a bit confusing, is Chappell or Bowie your favourite?

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Live Show Two: The Ballads of a Broken-Hearted BuzzJack
A bit of a mixed bag for me this round, but picking my clear faves was easy. Sadly none of the discoveries did very much for me, so it's very much a ranking of two halves! 1 Scissor Sisters - Mary (such a strong debut album, I love every song on it!) 2 Conan Gray - Forever With Me (again, can't go wrong with pretty much anything from Found Heaven but I'm still waiting for my favourite from it to be sent!) 3 Delta Goodrem - Not Me, Not I (there's some brilliant songs on her debut and this one is particularly beautiful - hoping from more from this album in future rounds) 4 Lily Allen - Pussy Palace (OK I've come round to the idea of accepting this as a ballad tbh, another great selection from a great album) 5 Atomic Kitten - The Last Goodbye (always thought this was rather lovely, though as someone else mentioned I would've loved Cradle to have been sent) 6 ABBA - Chiquitita (it's hard to find a bad Abba single, this one isn't among my very favourites but it's nice enough) The best of my new discoveries: 7 Troye Sivan feat. Betty Who - HEAVEN 8 Chappell Roan - Casual 9 HAIM - Gasoline Didn't really care for any of these tbh, my apologies to whoever is behind them! 10 David Bowie - Five Years 11 Florence + the Machine - Cosmic Love 12 Kelly Clarkson - Piece By Piece (Idol Version) 13 ROSALÍA - Mio Cristo Piange Diamanti

Yes this is absolutely shocking! I wonder what the allegations are. I find it hard to believe he would commit a sackable offence tbh.

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Live Show Two: The Ballads of a Broken-Hearted BuzzJack
I think it's a valid discussion to suggest what you might have sent for an artist instead of the song sent, as long as it's done respectfully of course. When I was still in the competition I was very interested to hear what people thought of the songs I picked and their suggestions for what they think I should have picked instead! But I agree that each song should be judged on its own merit.

Mango's Top 40 (23/03/26): I'll save my love for Queen Elizabeth Taylor
What's up Jordan! 1 - You never know, he might surprise you by climbing to #0 next week (believe me, if there was a position higher than #1, this would be there!) 14 - Well, according to my daughter who is a massive Olivia fan and follows her closely on social media, I'm reliably informed that album #3 is ready and the first single is imminent she's coming to take back her rightful crown as the #1 Olivia on the scene! 21 - Oh yes, it absolutely will, I already like it more than 'Aperture'! 30 - I feel the same, I can hear what a good song it is and how incredible she sounds on it, yet I don't really have much of a desire to listen to it. Weird, huh?! And yes I have checked out her album and... let's just say that singles aside, it's not for me! 31 - No, I don't think you missed one. I am a bit tired of people jumping on the trend to rework classics but this is a pretty good one so I'll overlook it this time! Thanks

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • Live Show Two: The Ballads of a Broken-Hearted BuzzJack
Wow, quite a few songs in this round I'm not familiar with, looking forward to a listenthrough tomorrow! Definitely agree that 'Pussy Palace' is NOT a ballad, I'm absolutely baffled why Lily's mentor didn't send 'Somewhere Only We Know' :/ unless they're saving that for another round? (personally I love 'Lost My Mind' but that probably wouldn't have done too well here). If the voting public considers this as not strictly adhering to the rules, Lily might be in danger for this round! Not really sure I'd consider 'Chiquitita' strictly a ballad either - I think I'd have gone for 'Fernando' or possibly 'One Of Us'. This is probably what I'd have sent for The Weeknd for ballads week:
