Out of interest, what sort of position would Mr Brightside be charting at if it was on SCR?

Alex Warren housewives' favourite, I reckon he'd be chuffed about that (or wait, was it a male parent?) It's not outside the realms of possibility for that to happen but I do think/hope a different song from the album will take off instead

Yeah those predictions + plus Ari make sense. For the purposes of playlist continuity on my spreadsheet I think I'll just ignore the last 2 weeks, even though this means many songs will miss 2 weeks on the playlist even if they have received plays in those weeks.

Hi Sergej! Dara going in at the top is perhaps not surprising after what you said last week. Great song, although I do prefer Sweden's entry personally! New release wise, my favourites have to be 'Zone' and 'Repeat It'. 'Zone' is an absolute banger tbh, whereas 'Repeat It' doesn't quite grab me the same way but I think it will be a grower. I'm not really getting the hype about the new Gracie Abrams one, it just sounds a bit boring to me. I hope 'Mr Know It All' can keep going!

Hi! Agreed about Maisie and also about Myles, 'Hold Me In The Dark' is definitely up there with his best! I can't hear the similarity with 'Budapest' though Thank you Sergej

I voted

Yeah, I think the only way Ari won't dethrone RMI is if the song is terrible, but I'm sure it won't be.

They can stay split up as far as I'm concerned. Haven't really enjoyed anything they've done since the first era.

It's definitely Olivia Dean that's blacklisted

This is obviously a matter of opinion, but for what mine's worth I strongly disagree with this!

Yeah but I mean if you want to do a wider search for things like "A albums", "A tour" or other stuff related to the band!

Yes those comparisons are valid, it's just that your comment made no sense to me in the context of this thread!

Hi Fi Serious was a good album back in the day but couldn't really get into A's latest stuff. They must be the hardest band to google

But what's that got to do with this thread?

Oh dear I'm turning into @Spiceboy!

I also went for 'Pressure', it was between that and 'Til It Breaks' for me (so guess what I'm voting next round lol)

I think that ship sailed a while ago!

Yeah that was exactly my reaction and I was coming to post just that!

Can we get an angry emoji added to the list of reactions available against a post?

Hi bgoood! 'Top-notch gangbang' I think Kodaline's single doesn't sound a million miles away from the era you mentioned... in any case it's a great song! Louis and Muse's songs are great, I don't think the Ava one is going to last too long but we'll see. Thanks for commenting

Hey Jordan! 1 - I'd be interested to know what you think of it! 4 - To be fair 'The Door' is probably my favourite song of his and feels like a top 5 hit for me even if it didn't quite manage to get there! 11 - I'd never noticed before but now that you mention it I can hear the comparison! 12 - Nope, never heard of him before this! 21 - Let's hope so. It's wild how much of a turnaround in fortunes her career has had this year. Very pleasing to see Thanks! Hey Seltin! I'm bored of FLO's song now. Don't expect big things for Sombr, it's not his best song really. Olivia might still climb, I'm not actually sure... we'll have to wait and see! Thanks

But which of the Olivias?

Yeah I discovered a while ago that it wasn't on Spotify but I didn't realise it was quite that rare! Good job I've got it on CD single

Omg forgotten classic But once again, what a stellar collection of songs across all three playlists!! (and also Melanie G ) Strange to see 'Soul Surfing' playlisted, I'm pretty sure that was never an official single?!
