90s indie band Rialto have reformed and announced their first album in 24 years, titled Neon & Ghost Signs, and it's out on 25th April. New single 'No One Leaves The Discotheque Alive' is out now and ngl this is insanely catchy! 6KejdccSxBU 'Monday Morning 5:19' is hands down one of my songs of the 90s so I'm excited for this comeback, even more so based on the quality of this single :D

Yeah, this is not bad at all on first listen and I feel it will only grow! As for whether he can manage to get another hit, I'm not gonna hold my breath.

That's disproportionately high given that they only had 20 top 40 singles altogether! I quite like a lot of their discography and 'No Milk Today' is definitely one of their best (although there is a good reason 'I'm Into Something Good' was their only number one :D)

I lost three of mine in one day! I've always had a big soft spot for 'Invisible' by short-lived Irish boyband D-side, I'm a sucker for that kind of guitar-led pop which bands like that do so well. I'm just happy someone else voted for it! I thought 'September Song' was still reasonably well remembered so I'm surprised it's dropped out on such a low number of points :( 'Wishing Well' is easily one of my ultimate seventies rock bangers! Not as well known as their bigger hit 'All Right Now' but it's so much better. That DHT cover of Roxette on the other hand received far too many points. Way to ruin one of my songs of the 80s!

Happy with my top 10 finish, and thank you to Cameron for my 12 votes. I can't pretend I'm surprised at the song that won, although I do personally feel that well known songs shouldn't be allowed! Oh wow really? I had no idea when I entered her! I second this, would definitely be up for 2020/2021 editions and I think it would be a good idea for top 40s to be excluded, unless the majority object to that.
