"next year, maybe even the year after" - I'm presuming he gave the interview in late 2024 which means that we could potentially not get a new Busted album until 2026! Which probably makes sense if they're still trying to figure out the sound of the album. Plus they'll want to get the McFly v Busted tour out of the way before thinking about releasing anything new.

I don't know why the OCC haven't figured out just how flawed it is for a song to count towards two separate albums. I'm not saying there's an easy solution but I'm sure that's the wrong one.
