Hey Jordan! 1 - Well considering only 3 songs have achieved the feat of debuting at #1 in the past 12 years I don't think we'll see another one for a while 2 - Oh you should definitely take a listen, it's quite the banger! The chorus interpolates 'The Best' by Tina Turner. 23 - It is sweet and I thought I'd really get into it but it seems to have plateaued with me already. I think it's a lot weaker than 'Used To Be Young' which I really liked! 28 - Surely she won't be releasing a new song so soon after this! Wouldn't it be more likely for her to be performing 'Drop Dead'? I'm going to try and get tickets next week for her tour btw, my daughter really wants to go! 29 - It's a very solid comeback from him! I really thought it would be a big smash, it has all the ingredients of one. It seems like people are tiring of him already, which is a shame Thanks

I think it will probably go Noah > Kacey > Mel. But even top 3 would be a fantastic result for Mel given that no solo Spice album has ever peaked that high!

I like that they're returning to their old sound, 'Be With You' is such a banger! Niall's song is decent too, quite a catchy chorus. I usually like Rita Ora but that collab with Zerb is as disappointing as her new short hairstyle :/ Great chart

Will still be interesting to see how a new lead single from Lewis does when it eventually comes, I'd be surprised if it flops completely but I think he'll be struggling to get top 10 hits going forward. His imperial phase is definitely over!

Yes technically she was playlisted with 'Popular' but that was a Weeknd single which just happened to have her as one of the featured artists. It's still 18 years since they've playlisted a single with Madonna as the lead artist (The Sun were never going to bother with such technalities in their wording).

It is pretty wild to see her playlisted in 2026 We're reliably informed by The Sun that she hasn't been playlisted by R1 for 18 years, so that would make it the Hard Candy era, with MDNA onwards being snubbed, which sounds about right. They must have playlisted 'Celebration' too I'm guessing? I do remember it hearing it on R1 back in the day.

So this properly flopped to go from getting a #1 just last year to a new lead single only making #68 is a pretty dramatic fall from grace. I wonder what he needs to do to get a hit again?

'Painkiller' was released today. Not as good as the last one but still sounding decent.

I thought R1 had hung up their boots on Madonna's music and it was always gonna be borderline whether they were gonna open their hearts to her and give her one more chance, but she's clearly back in vogue with them, no longer frozen out. It's a day I'll remember and cherish forever. Definitely cause for celebration!
