Hi DaTilt - loving the new flyer style graphics! As for the songs, the new Lola Young sounds decent, I'm surprised it's not doing anything. 'Origami' is my favourite song in your top 10, that's such a bop!! New entries wise, my faves would be Alex, Taylor and Ellie. Alex's song is probably my least favourite of the three so far this era but it's still decent and will grow more I think. I'm not usually a big fan of country Taylor but the song did sound nice on first listen. Ellie's I think will grow but it sounds nice enough. Great chart

Surprised more people aren't talking about this album. I saw the live performance of 'What's Wrong With Me' with Robert Smith, sounds like another pretty good song. Also 'Stupid Song' is confirmed as the next single and a video has already been filmed for it.

I'm really loving 'Lie To Me' at the moment so I'm hoping the next single's gonna be just as good!

Related to the recent thread about the biggest acts never to have had a UK number one single, who would you consider this to be? I've taken all the (arguably) most relevant suggestions mentioned in the thread. Vote for who you think are the most popular and culturally relevant acts from the list and who the general public would be surprised to find out that they haven't had a number one. I'd say vote for up to three artists.

The charts are a measure of what's currently popular, people need to deal with the fact that at some points that might be a lot of older songs. And anyway why 3 years? How would they arbitrarily decide on a threshold?

Nothing massively grabbed me this week but I suppose I'll go for Taylor. I was a bit underwhelmed by the new Alex Warren though it is starting to grow. B*Witched was also better than I expected tbh.

Yeah I completely agree, I personally love Bananarama but they have definitely not had the same cultural impact as many other bands mentioned in this thread. That said, it's a shame something like 'Cruel Summer' or 'Love In The First Degree' never managed to bag them a #1.
