Ultimately it is a singing contest to find an international recording artist and now that Amelia is gone Misha is head and shoulders above the rest of the field in terms of singing talent and is probably the one in the field that could sell records globally, the new Grace Jones IMHO. Having someone who is a nice guy/girl win has been tried and failed several times now on X Factor as we have had a succession of nice people who are ultimately bland win the series so maybe it is time someone with a nasty streak and a bit of fire in them won the show.

Allegedly she taunted Sami about the fact she was going to sing on cruise ships while Misha has a massive career, If that is true then I will change my opinion on Sami and say she is well and truly not cut out mentally to be in the music industry. X Factor is a dog eat dog competition no room for wallflowers and the weak minded. So what if Misha displays 'diva' behaviour, it is almost a requirement in a successful recording artist, John Lennon, Elton John, Freddie Mercury, Liza Minelli, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey, Beyonce to name a few are legendary for their 'diva' behaviour. Pete Doherty, Noel Gallagher, Liam Gallagher are hardly boy scouts either.

If Misha had been physically violent towards a contestant or made physical threats to a contestant then that would be a serious matter but from what I have read elsewhere Misha's behaviour sounds to me little more than mind games. Away from the public gaze there is hardly a successful performer in history that is not a horrible little shit, the music world is cut throat and you need a certain strength of character and mental toughness to survive and Misha has that. A weak minded sugary sweet person will not last 5 minutes in the real world in music so if anything this convinces me even more that Misha has what it takes. The public will soon forget tonight, Misha's alleged behaviour is a storm in a tea cup.

A mountain is being made out of a molehill. It is a singing competition what goes on backstage is of little or no consequence or at least that should be the way. Cher last year there was constant rumours of vile behaviour yet she wasn't publicly 'outed' like Misha was tonight. Plus we don't know what was said, maybe Louis' act is very sensitive.

I would describe this as a vigilante action as opposed to anything ordered by the NTC. I don't believe the NTC told the rebels on the ground to shoot him I think the rebels took matters into their own hands so disagree that it reflects badly on the NTC.

If they had put him in a cell pending a trial then loyalists to him could easily hijack planes and take hostages in the name of securing his release so at least dead that can't happen.

Live by the sword die by the sword I say. What happened here is no different to how the Romanians dealt with Ceaucescu or how the Italians dealt with Mussolini. Street justice. A lot of the rebel fighters in the 'lynch mob' probably lost friends or relatives at the hands of the regime so I can understand why he was dealt with the way he was. I did not want to see his bloodied body while eating my cornflakes but no tears shed in my family.

Katie was in the bottom 2 a number of times last year :unsure: I agree if a trend develops and he keeps getting bottom 2 but I think he is safe whatever he does for at least 2 or 3 more weeks.

Status Quo - Rocking All Over The World. Only found out recently John Fogerty's original which I have to say is far superior.

I love Queen. Never had the chance to see them live with Freddie but they have a huge presence on my iPod and are great driving music. Was indifferent about Don't Stop Me Now, I would have voted for One Vision, I Want To Break Free or I'm In Love With My Car.

Roger Taylor and Brian May sung on album tracks for Queen. Alan Lancaster did a few album tracks for Status Quo whereas Francis/Rick are the regular singers.

No chance of Frankie going. 1) They will want him for the tour so that means they will manipulate him into the Top 8 like they did Katie. 2) All the newspaper headlines are about him and about Kitty both will be kept, any publicity is good publicity. It is just a shame that some potentially good acts will be lost so that Frankie makes the tour :( My enthusiasm for the series ended with Amelia Lily being evicted.
