Now that I'm on top I certainly won't win LOL — early winners always end up falling and it seems like so many people hate Georgia lol (I love it because it's both catchy musically but really interesting conceptually LOL like the lipsyncing and actors they got are literally so spot on)

As much as I do like Mainline, weird to see it doing so well when Return It did so poorly last contest. *Kanye Shrug* (I mean I "get it" but) Also, wow it is late 4 u all!

Just to clarify — everything would still be anonymous! So you'd be receiving a PM from me with a link and not know who made your CD. The only difference is that you would know who you were making the mix for before sending it out instead of when the review thread opens, so you could sort of tailor it to their taste in music (the emphasis would still be on discovering new music though, of course!) If people are against this though, I am happy going either way. I just bring this up in response to situations where, for instance, I got Harve's CD a few swaps ago and literally knew 18 of the 20 songs. I don't think it was much fun for him to read through a review that was like "I know this" "know this" "oh this".

Oh, also I just remember proposing the idea of actually knowing who you're making the CD for before sending it — so you could cater to their tastes instead of giving them something they'd be totally disinterested in. Thoughts on that? (They'd still receive it anonymously)

I've been feeling this too! What about early March? During the gap between the next UP. Also, I'd love to run it again (as this isn't like UP or BJSC where there's a benefit to hosting), but if anyone has really been desiring to try and run it feel free to let me know!

Please someone run a Kate Rate (omg the name!). I'd do it but I'm really unreliable setting aside time for results.
