Don't get carried away, it's just a poor sales week, no big hitters are releasing singles.

Well the Lloyd single is popular cos it's very Bruno Mars esque and it's actually very good. Or maybe it's just the rapping pussy. :lol: The T-Pain single though, well that's flat out autotune abuse, albeit with clever sample use.

More like 8% in real terms though. EDIT: T Pain's lead has just shot up.

Well of course he could, he's still ahead of both of them combined so that changes nothing! And that's just on the Itunes chart, he'll be a decent way ahead of both in sales. Flo Rida and T Pain overtaking Olly doesn't matter in regard to the future official number 1. The gap between Olly and X Factor which is about 50% atm and still increasing bit by bit is the one to watch. Maybe just as important, Lloyd isn't far off Olly combined and was 3rd in the chart last count, he will need more movement though. Only those 3; Olly, X Factor, Lloyd, have a shot IMO.

She should have done this song for her lead single tbh... Would have been a smash hit.

The first night sounded really good on youtube at any rate. Murs did a great version of Shine. Gary was funny and did a surprise dance routine during Pray.

I'm glad Robbie is out for the next album, he ruined Progress for me, I found it a weak album. I really liked the direction they were going down before he joined, I hope they get back to that.

This album is selling great guns at the minute! No one is gonna want to win X factor this year with 1D, Olly and now Rebecca (or she'll be close) going over 100k first week!

Apparently Olly is hot on the heels of the X Factor single so I'm looking for a drop off from X Factor on this chart that's similar to last week. Hopefully Olly does it.

On her very first audition for Girls Aloud, Pete Waterman/Geri etc remarked how gorgeous she was, how do you think she got in the band? it certainly wasn't on the strength of her vocal performances! Check it out on youtube. Pretty sure Olly's two versions make him number 1. In fact Olly's single version is more popular than Lloyd's two versions on it's own.

Well it seems like that last performance from Misha B was the perfect sign off for her, outsinging Jessie J, she's bound to get numerous offers now. Who you are is doing alot better thanks to her and I bet she sold alot of her live version. It sucks balls how we can't see how wellthey sell. Yeah famous people punch above their weight but he's not the best looking is he, especially with that daft haircut. And her famous cancels out his famous so it all goes back to looks making her well out of his league. I reckon a girl with Cheryl's face could have a strange effect on people ya know... :wub:

Wow they've never sold many albums have they! The record company must take a large slice of the tour etc.

I agree that she's not lead singer material, she always looks miserable and she's not a star as evidenced by her early exit on that opera programme. I thought she might win that but she was very disapointing, I used to be impressed with her vocals. It's no wonder they aren't selling many records then with no outstanding singers and no Beyonce type lead.

I can't see them changing the concept of the show just becuase Will.I.Am can't sing. :lol: Everyone knows why he's there, current star power. Altgough it does worry me that he's Cheryl Cole's manager unless he's trying to get in her pants cos she's not talented. It just depends who else they have on the panel, it could be good with the right mix. Jessie J has a good voice so I disagree on that point, my issue is that she has only been going for a year, I know she wrote a few songs beforehand but still.

But as of NOW she's not as big as she was. I'm not a fan of Will.I.Am at all but he's a big star, so starwise Aguilera isn't too big for the show. I think Olly has more chance of a number 1 single than a number 1 album this week. Competition will be strong in the album chart but weak in the singles chart. Buble and Winehouse will be tough to beat this week. I'd love it if he did the double but I can't see it happening.
